I had one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had at the T-Mobile North Port store located…read moreat 17455 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287 (Cocoplum Village area). About a month ago, I purchased a new phone here. The sales representative, Nicolás, sold me a screen protector for $30, clearly stating that I could replace it anytime it broke by coming back to the store. Today, I returned because the screen protector cracked (which is normal use), and I was told that I cannot replace it unless I have insurance -- a requirement that was never mentioned, never explained, and never disclosed at the time of sale. This is misleading sales practice. If there are conditions or requirements, they must be disclosed before charging the customer -- not after. What made the situation worse is that the store manager was present and offered no solution and no accountability. At this point, I genuinely believe this location needs a full staff review or replacement. There are multiple negative reviews from other customers describing similar issues, and it's clear that these practices are damaging the reputation of this store and the surrounding area. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and basic respect. I strongly recommend corporate leadership review the staff, management, and repeated customer complaints at this location

I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware. Whatever eBay screen he's using to fix phones with will only give you problems! He throws the word "globally" and "worldwide" around in an attempt to make himself sound legit. My touch screen did not work OFF RIP when he gave it back, he reset my phone and told me it was "fine". Well then it started glitching when I got home and my battery drained FAST. He tried to tell me my battery had "nothing to do" with my screen... and he expected me to believe that?! I'm 23, I know how phones work. He "fixed" it again, still glitching Feb 5th then the screen broke with no effort over the weekend and he wouldn't repair it after that even though I have literal evidence (I added the picture) of it being broken before. He told me to find someone else. He's using a cheap screen to get you in and get you out and when it *inevitably* cracks again he won't warranty it and claim it's your phone that's the issue. He also got in my boyfriend's face who was sitting absolutely silent not even looking at him. -10/10 do not recommend! Just look at his responses to some of these reviews... huge red flag #1
