Ive come in here before for a replacement battery for vehicle key fob…read more I have 2 vehicles that now need replacement batteries in the fobs. I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.

There were 3 workstations where you can access Microsoft Office, design software, the internet, etc. I was surprised that I needed to select a maximum amount when entering my credit card instead of the fees accumulating as the minutes passed. There is also no option to extend your time, which I found unusual and inconvenient. Other than that, I was greeted when I arrived and would not have hesitated to ask for help if I needed it.

Finally found the order only to find that at the super high rate of $70 per poster the order was not correct. When I asked for a discount of some sort ... "As a courtesy, " explained the team member "I will allow you to wait in the store instead of having you come back. It will only take about 30 minutes." Not actually courteous though. She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.

But when I got it back the finger print scanner no longer worked and a month after it was fixed lines were on my screen and the phone became less responsive. They suggested I just replace it again and it was no way I was paying $330 again. No warranty or anything to compensate the fact they didn't fix my screen correctly and blamed the screen lines on a tiny scratch on the screen. Will not be back.
