They told me over the phone that they had backed up the data on my computer before performing any repairs but when I came to pick up the damage - they let me know that the data had apparently been corrupted. The first one, could not tell you who, told me the fan was built-in to the hard drive and could not be replaced. Bummer! The second to call was Erik from Pikesville PC. He wanted me to drop my computer off. He works out of he home. At first it was a little awkward (don't know why because I also work out of my home) but it turned out to be a good call. He replaced my fan, as well as did some extra clean up to make my computer work better. Apparently he's been doing this for quite some time because my computer is working great!
