I wasn't in the market for a new phone but my mom was so I went along to help her with the process. I have to say I was impressed with the staff at this store. I tried making a reservation for an appointment online but there were none available. I called the store and talked to Cameron. He suggested calling when the store opened to get on a wait list which is what we did. I called Cameron again before we were heading over and checked on wait times. He suggested running a few more errands before we drove to the store. We might of still waited another 30 min when we got there but we were greeted and checked on and knew we were next in line. Zach was our mobile expert and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend this location (and working with Zach) if you're looking for a new phone. T-mobile messed up my pin number 12 years ago. I was told they got it straightened out 5 years ago when I got a new phone. Nope. Had to get a new phone today and was ready to drop $1400 on 2 phones. It was still a mess. They said they could not do anything about it and told me to call a number or send the other person on my account to a store 60 miles away. I went home and then back to Verizon. In 5 minutes and one phone call by a Verizon employee the pin was corrected and we got 2 phones and $300 in gift cards for $0. T-Mobile was either too lazy or too stupid to try to fix this mess they caused. Verizon was great. read more

This has nothing to do with this personal tmobile business. The support services that tmobile has, has completely failed me as a tmobile customer. I had my phone stolen almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to have service from them. I received a replacement phone in a quick manner which was great. Except, their Fraud department is an off system account. So I've had this phone for a week without service that I am currently paying for. I have called twice daily since last Friday with only lies and misguided information given to me. Yes, the people working were kind, but they basically said we can't do anything for you. Basically said the fraud department needed to get ahold of the primary account holder. Well then great, that's fine, but the primary account holder had no proof of any calls coming in or missed messages..on the number they were given 3 different times. I was told it would be dealt with in 24 hours FOUR different times and told I would be called back by 3 or 4 different individuals. 1 individual called me back to repeat the same thing she said before. How does a service not have any control on giving a paying tmobile member their account back on a phone that they shipped to her?! They don't have a number I can contact, an email I can contact and basically told me to sit and wait. I'm a college student about to graduate with a nursing degree and how can I provide a number on my resume that isn't active. I'm paying for a service I don't have, losing job opportunities & had no assistance in the manner except run arounds and trying to blame me or my mom on reception. If reception is the problem then they are an even worse service then they portray to be. I am thoroughly disappointed in my tmobile experience. So don't ever lose or get your phone stolen cause you are basically set aside for you to fend for yourself. It's sad when tmobile is stressing me out more then nursing school. read more

I lost my phone this afternoon in St. Cloud. I called T Mobile & had a horrible experience. I was able to get a physical address of the location in St. Cloud & went in, in a panic. The 2 guys that helped me were the BEST! They were able to ping the location & I got my phone back!! THANK YOU!!! read more
