I was busy shopping at the Grand Century Mall for Asian products and my other half sends me a text to come to Mobile Plus, I didn't reply because I didn't need a phone case, was waiting for the one I ordered on Amazon one. hehe. Now I am very grateful, (sorry to my other half) I found a very nice phone case for only $9.99, for my new Iphone 17 plus, also camera protector, and Iphone watch band. The staff was super awesome and nice to even change them for me. What a nice suprise to visit Mobile Plus. Mobile Plus got huge selections of accessories for your electronic device, they get pretty busy! They do repairs also, I think they take phone payments as I saw a customer paying for cell phone bill, and also they sale used unlocked Iphones. Located at the Grand Century Mall, the business is a Gem. I am super happy that I got all of this, at a shop I did not plan on visiting and super cheap too. These were the specific instructions provided by the Xfinity rep on the phone. when I canceled my service. The store accepted the equipment, but refused to provide him with a receipt, claiming he needed the account holder's identification for "security reasons." Because of this, I had to leave work and drive to the store. When I arrived, Carl (the name given) explained that they could not provide a receipt because my son was not the account holder. When I questioned what security concern the receipt actually posed, he responded, "Well, you're here anyway, what does it matter?" rather than trying to professionally explain the policy. What made the situation more frustrating is that Carl ultimately gave me the receipt without ever asking for or verifying my identification, which completely contradicted the original explanation. The receipt itself also contained less account information than the statement my son had already provided. The entire situation felt unnecessary, poorly handled, and avoidable with better communication and consistency.

Honestly, when they said it would take about an hour, I was already mentally preparing for a big bill. But the final price was only $95, parts included, plus a 3-month warranty. I was genuinely surprised. Beyond the price, the explanation was thorough and easy to follow, and they never made me feel rushed. This is exactly the kind of repair shop you hope to find.
