They do repairs also, I think they take phone payments as I saw a customer paying for cell phone bill, and also they sale used unlocked Iphones. Though I've been going to Grand Century since I was a kid, I didn't actually check out Mobile Plus until this year. My iPhone screen cracked and my friend told me Mobile Plus would fix it for $20. I was welcomed by Yen, who not only fixed my phone screen for $20, but also told me they have lifetime (of the particular phone) warranty for screen protection. They also offer $20 for a battery replacement. I'm also amazed at how affordable their accessories are. Cute and trendy phone cases from Asia for just $7-10. I bought a Psyduck phone holder and a Cinnamaroll phone charm. The only downside is Mobile Plus only caters to iPhone (sorry Android and Pixel users!). read more

1 year review Last year went into their great mall location to get my iPhone X screen repaired and chose an aftermarket screen. Wrong choice as the screen looked very blurry and dim. Also the touch screen moved on its own and apps clicked by themselves. The attendant was nice and honest and said they only had an original Apple screen at their SJ location so I drove out there, paid the difference and got the original screen. Took forever to get done but waited it out and got it back in about 2 hours. A week after getting fixed, the same buggy issue with the screen moving on its own kept happening. I think something was damaged internally since the screen was replaced a third time by them. Went back multiple times and each time the phone was opened, the glue that closed the screen with the sides kept getting scraped off so the screen lifted off from the top. It's been a year since the repair and I should have just kept the cracked screen. Less issues with touch screen and less confrontation with the man at the SJ location. I believe there is only 3 month warranty so haven't gone back. The vent next to the camera fell out and dust and water can get in. Screen lifted off about half a centimeter all around. My case Save your money and just take to the Apple store to replace. At this point no use repairing my phone again. I'd rather upgrade. Screen is currently moving on its own as I'm typing this!!!!!! read more

So I cracked my screen really bad and had to replace it. I asked the girls who checked my phone how long it would take and they said 30 mins to an hour. So I left walked around for a bit and came back about an hour later. When I asked for my phone she said it wasn't ready and asked me to come back the next day. I said no because I had work in hour and I need my phone. So the man quickly fixed my phone and gave it back to me. When I went to work my phone froze on me and I couldn't press anything so I had to restart it. That same night, I realized something was wrong with my phone. When I am in the dark there white light on the sides of my phone. So naturally I went back to fix the problem. However, when I came back the man who fixed my phone said he couldn't see the problem with my phone. I tried to explain to him that it can only be seen when it's dark and his place is too bright for him to see the problem but he insist there was nothing wrong with my phone and said if he can't see it then he won't fix it. But he was unwilling to go look at my phone. The store has a lot of lights so he couldn't see it and wouldn't move to a darker area to look at my phone. The girl who checked my phone tried to get him to check and fix my screen but he still refused until he can actually see the problem with my phone. My phone was done quickly and returned to me however i went for a shattered screen (which was replaced) and the technician damaged my front-facing camera AND my speaker. i can no longer hear anyone unless they are on speaker or i have headphones and i can no longer take selfies with my kids :(. Additionally the battery all of a sudden doesnt hold a charge AT ALL but im not sure if thats a related issue or something to take up with apple. either way dont go here you'll end up paying more in the end. This review is for their screen repairs only. I went yesterday to fix my broken iPad mini screen and they quoted me a great price and a time frame of thirty mins. I wasn't planning to come back so soon but readily agreed. As I'm walking out of the store, the employee says never mind. It'll be about 2 hours. No big deal, I had a movie planned so it wasn't an inconvenience at all. I watched my movie, had dinner, and by that time, it was well over four hours. I rushed over because it was about seven thirty pm and they were closing at eight. Once I got there, I asked for my iPad, fully expecting it to be done. We'll, it wasn't. But the man who fixed my phone said he'd be able to finish today. I waited about another half hour and he finished just as they were closing. I double checked my iPad. Great! It turned on. Checked that the basic functions were working and was on my way. As I'm driving home, I notice that my calibration was off. I would touch one portion of my screen and it would register as a different part of my screen. Again, not freaking out, I just want them to fix it. I called back and explained my problem and they said okay, bring it back tomorrow and we'll see what we can do. Now, I wanted to know a time frame because they were kind of shady yesterday with that, but they couldn't give me one. Okay. Whatever. I'll see you tomorrow. I walk in the next day to drop it off to be fixed and the lady basically says oh, the guy to fix that problem isn't here. Come back on Friday. No. I cannot come back on Friday. You told me to come back today. I'm visiting from Sacramento so how can I come back on Friday when I'm leaving on Thursday? I argue with her for a bit because I'm not leaving until they actually try to attempt to fix it. She talks to the guy who fixes the screen and he says he'll call around to see what he can do. Okay fine. I leave my name and number and ask them to call when they have an update. Otherwise, I was supposed to come at seven thirty again. I get a call around four thirty saying they can't fix it and to come pick it up with a full refund. I sighed saying okay, that's better than nothing. When I get there, the chaser says she has to give me a check because they don't have that kind of cash right now. I paid in cash, I fully expect to get cash back as my refund. Then they started making excuses as to why it's not working. They first said it was because my iPad wouldn't turn off during the fix. Most people understand that any sort of mechanical fix needs to be with the device off. They apparently did the switch anyways yesterday, knowing that, although my screen would be fixed, it could potentially harm the hardware. I'm getting frustrated at this point because not only could they not fix my problem, but they made it worse by replacing the screen with the iPad on. We're arguing back and forth because I knew I could turn my iPad on and off before they touched it. It worked perfectly fine before. The only problem was the cracked screen. Long story short, they refused to accept blame. They refused to acknowledge that they were wrong. They basically were the epitome of Asian customer service. I'm going to be 100% honest. I didn't expect them to treat me like that because I'm Vietnamese as well, but whatever. I got my refund in cash. She tried to short me eighteen cents, but I felt petty. You better believe I asked for my eighteen cents. Cashier then proceeded to make fun of me (in Vietnamese) that I was stingy for asking for eighteen cents. Girl, with that logic, why don't you give me a extra dollar and we'll be good? How is that okay if I paid $120.18 that she can give me $120 and it's okay? Is it okay for me to ask them to give me $121 back? No. It's not. If I paid $120.18, I expect $120.18 back without her sarcastic remarks. That's what a full refund is. During this entire time, I just want to say that their customer service regarding everything else was perfect. Just don't come here for a screen replacement. Sorry, I know a lot of this sounded very minor, but a lot of build up happened and they did nothing to offset their mistakes and their inability to fix an issue that they advertise. In case anyone was wondering, I got my iPad back in a worse condition than I gave and wasted my time completely. Do NOT come here for screen replacements. read more

I love this place I get mostly all my case here and screen protector, if you're a first time customer then they will give a free case and screen protector if you like there Facebook page. So that's what I did and I got some stuff for myself and mom she also did it to. They have type of iPhone case iPhone 4/4s and 5/5s and 6/6s and 7 and 7 plus. The place inside is really clean all the workers there are really nice and they treat you very well. Oh and if you buy a screen protector it's 3 dollars but if you need help to put it on they will charge another 2 dollars which is 5 dollars in total, there cases are 3 dollars up to 5 they also have iPhone charger and Samsung stuff. I called less than 10 minutes before they opened expecting I would need to leave a message on an answering machine/voicemail. Surprisingly, a woman picked up and I asked if they replace IPhone screens. The lady was really rude and told me to call back in 10 minutes. I asked if she could quickly let me know if they replace screens and possibly give me a price. She replied stating "no, call back in 10 minutes" and was really rude about it. Why answer the call if you're just going to tell me to call back in 10 minutes and have a rude and annoyed tone in your voice? It gave me a negative feeling about their customer service. I won't be calling back nor will I think twice about using this company based specifically off of the disappointing conversation I had. She could have at least been polite about asking me to call back or even better, not pick up the phone. I work in customer service and have for many many years. I've accidentally picked up calls outside of regular business hours, and not once told a person to call back. Instead, I've either helped the caller or been apologetic explaining we're closed and taken down the persons information and told them their call will be returned as soon as the business opens. The interaction you have with a potential customer is always based off of the first impression you give them, whether it's in person or over the phone. My first interaction with this company was definitely negative which gives me the reason to feel like if I were to use this company, the customer service would not be good. read more
