This T-Mobile location always comes through when it comes to T-Mobile Tuesday giveaways. That cannot be said at certain locations. A majority of the time, I don't bother thinking about the weekly freebies that are given but when my mom goes out of her way to call me and insists that I go and stop by... I DO IT! Staff is always kind and very prompt when it comes to my visits. The only complaint I can probably think of is the weak signal as a whole when it comes to T-Mobile a lot of times [which is not associated with this store] but parking is pretty bad here. The lot is limited and is shared with 7-Eleven patrons. Come here mentally prepared to possibly have to go in circles. 4 stars. read more

I was in the market for a new cellular service phone provider recently and my first choice was T-Moble, as the T-Mobile Store is located very close to where I live, and I am always a huge fan T-Mobile as a company in general. I decided to call call T-Mobile ahead of time to prepare myself for my visit so that I would have all the necessary information, identifications, and documents that I needed. When I called (around 6:44pm) I was greeted on the phone by friendly, T-Moble Expert named Irving Cruz Carbajal. I felt comfortable with Irving right away, and so I jotted down his name at the time, so that I could ask for him specifically when I arrived at the T-Mobile Store later that night. I arrived at the T-Mobile Store, about 30 minutes before they closed. I would have arrived earlier but I had to determine how to port my main number in from another carrier etc., which took much more time that I anticipated! Let me tell you what, the T-Mobile Store was packed around the time that I arrived that night! The gentleman who initially greeted me and checked me in (sadly didn't catch his name), informed me that they were so busy at the T-Mobile Store that night, that they might not even get the chance to assist me. This I totally understood but decided to wait for Irvine anyway. Irvine was super kind, and he even took his excellent customer service skills to the next level, by informing me of the various promotions and combination options that I could get for the best deal, despite it being past closing time for the store that night! After, Irvin informed me of all of the promotions that T-Mobile was having, I decided on a fantastic promotion that they were having involving multiple lines, and then Irvine immediately began assisting me with setting up my account and services. Unfortunately, little did I know, they would run into some complications setting up my account this night, despite my best intentions of setting everyone up for success ahead of time and before I arrived. Sadly, these complications ended up causing a significant delay in completing my account set up this night. Due to this, I wasn't able to connect my cellular service after all (this was on a Thursday, December 7th, 2023). Instead I was instructed by T-Mobile (one the phone that day) to wait until the next day to finish setting up my T-Mobile account. Irvine then gave me his T-Mobile Business Card, and he instructed me to return the next day. At this point, coming nail the next day was totally fine with me because I could tell the team was exhausted and my account was already nearly completely setup as well. I definitely understood that the team was ready to go home at that point, because it was already nearly 9:00pm at night by the time I left T-Mobile Store. I really just don't know how to tell the entire team at T-Mobile how much it meant to me that they all stayed late to try and assist me that night with getting my T-Mobile cellular service connected. While at the T-Mobile store that day, I only really ventured over to the Apple display (I'm a very biased Apple product only fan here) and while I've heard great things about this new iPhone 15 Pro based on feedback from a friend who has held one and got to play around with it in person, so much so that he fell in love with the feel of the Titanium and immediately purchased an iPhone 15 Pro for himself, sadly, this did NOT happen for me. I literally couldn't even tell that the devices had been upgraded this year at all because they were strapped down to the table and you couldn't pick them up, hold them, or even move them one bit. I can't stress this enough T-Mobile, the way that you currently have devices set up in your store right now is a HUGE problem for your customers and your business alike. If customers can't touch or experience the products at all, then they will be FAR less likely to purchase anything from T-Mobile. I understand the need for security, but this is so extreme, that I left the store having felt like I never got the chance to check out the new Apple product lineup at all. I'm a HUGE Apple fan and I couldn't even imagine my way around this road block. Just a heads up, I definitely recommend giving yourself at least an hour buffer before closing time, if you are coming in to any of the T-Mobile Stores in order to sign up for their services. This gives the team plenty of time for process your account, in case something comes up and there are any delays associated with activating your service. Additionally, would give yourself an extra 15 to 45 minutes in buffer time, for getting in and out of the T-Mobile Store on time, during the Holiday Season! Happy Holidays! read more

IMHO Yesterday I needed to troubleshoot an issue with my phone. Headed to the closest T-Mobile in my neighborhood. Julian immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him my screen issue and he tried to fix it. When he couldn't, he immediately sought help from his colleague, Ali. Ali worked on my phone for almost 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to solve my problem. He couldn't have been more kind and polite! Finally he fixed the issue, explained what had happened and how he fixed it. Then I asked him one more question regarding navigating my phone, and he quickly found a solution to that! I thanked him profusely and he was very gracious! Very happy with the epic and friendly customer service here! read more

I recently switched over from Verizon and it was an easy process...thanks to Raymond, Julian, & Kevin! Raymond & Julian helped with the whole phone process(promos, service, set up, etc) & answered all of my questions & concerns. Kevin assisted me w/my home internet needs. I wasn't aware that T Mobile covered our area so I was kind of hesitant/skeptical in trying the 5G home internet service that they offered. But Kevin broke it down thoroughly for me & offered me a worry free/with no additional fee for the modem as trial. So after I took the offer I did try it for a good week I decided to cancel my Xfinity internet service....which was running me about $95/monthly for unlimited as opposed to the $30/monthly locked priced w/T-Mobile. I was able to stream 2TVs & have 3 other devices(tablet, security home camera, & laptop) w/little to no interruptions on the 5G. So I was satisfied enough to cancel my Xfinity internet service & stick w/the savings of TMobile 5G home internet service. Overall, my experience was outstanding in this new remodeled corporate TMobile store. They have a great team & managers that are competent/willing to give you their best customer service! Thanks again to Julian, Raymond, & Kevin! I highly recommend this TMobile store to anyone thinking of switching carriers or home internet service...the savings they offer here really helps in this current economy we're in. read more

Went in to T-Mobile yesterday at this location on McKee Road. We arrived near opening time and were able to successfully add my in-laws to my existing magenta plan. They handled the addition of our lines and phones and trade-in without problems and they were very patient with us. Special thanks to Rosa Y Avila for her help through the whole process! I have having issues with my phone for quite a bit and decided it was time to fix it. Dropped by on a slightly busy afternoon, but we didn't have to wait too long. We spoke to 2 gentlemen- the first I can't remember his name for now, gave us very lukewarm options and told us we had to pay quite a bit of $$ for the route he suggested, didn't even look into any insurance/apple care I had, and gave us false information. I guess the other guy (Julian? I'm so sorry, I am awful at names) overheard, because he stepped in and looked into our account himself and we were pointed in the right direction. He was a life saver! I went in here to ask for assistance to switch my old information off my old phone to my new phone that was mailed to me. I explained to him that I was unsure how to go about it and was nervous that I would do a factory reset and lose everything in my phone. The gentleman that was "helping me " seemed bothered with my questions. It definitely wasn't a great customer service interaction with this T-Mobile representative. I started to ask questions regarding a new phone and how I could go about that thinking he would switch his customer selling service skills but that was definitely not the case with him. After asking questions regarding a new phone, it seemed as if my only option was to switch my plan as he did not want to explain any other options. They lied to my friend and tricked her into trading in phones and getting new phones. They told her that her monthly bill wouldn't go up, but it was all lies. T-Mobile corporate won't do anything because the deal they got her to sign doesn't include the things they verbally told her. I'm sure they got their incentives etc. Anyway, I'm glad to see this location is closed. The manager told my friend he would report the complaint and get back to her and fix it all. This place is a joke and a SCAM. Came into this location to try and see what it WOULD cost to open a line for my cousin. They got our information down but we decided that we would try a different company. We told the associate that we're changing our mind and left. Next thing we know, my cousin gets billed for 2 months of a line HE DID NOT EVEN AGREE TO OPENING. On top of that, he's getting interest charged on top of that for not paying and having his credit jeopardized. When we go back to the location to talk about this bill, the associate pulls up this "account" and finds it odd how there are no notes with this account creation showing the details of this transaction BECAUSE WE NEVER EVEN ASKED TO OPEN A LINE. Now we have to go back n forth trying to find the right time for a manager to be at this store in order for them to handle it. read more

I went here to update my phone and I can tell it's already busy. The guys holding an iPad asked for my name and he said there are 2 people ahead of me and the wait time is about 10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes later he finished helping a lady and the two people ahead of me were being helped by two other sales associates already. So I thought he was going to help me after because I was next but he ended up helping the 2 people who are already being helped by someone. He was walking around, helping his 3 coworkers. Meanwhile, there's another lady sitting in the middle aisle not doing anything and more customers are coming in. The guy with an iPad asked a lady that just came in her name, her phone number, and what was she there for. When he asked me he only asked for my name and not my phone number or the reason for visiting. After waiting for 45 minutes, I ended up leaving because it was an unnecessary long wait and I was starving. After leaving, the guy with an iPad helped the people who were next after me. Clearly, this location only caters to a certain race and just because I'm not the same race he purposely refused to help me out. It was pretty obvious that if you're not the same race, they will make you wait and they will not help you at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. REPS HERE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND CORPORATE WONT HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE I had an Iphone X that I was making payments on, after 30 months my Iphone broke and I decided to upgrade it at the location in Mckee. When I get to the store the rep informs me that I'm in lease plan. the rep tells me that I have to switch my billing to a special 9 month installment plan (which would increase my already high bills $30-40 more a month) to pay off my phone. at this point I said well I've had the phone for 30 months so do I only need to pay 3 months more (30 months minus 24 months) he said no that I had to come in or call to switch to the installment plan so basically I been wasting my money the last 6 months. I was very frustrated because I had no idea I was in a lease program in the first place. My phone is broken so I decided to just pay off the rest of my phone right there so I can upgrade. Payed $250 to pay off this phone that I had for 30 months and now I have to buy my phone again which end up being $250 again. $500 just to upgrade to iphone 11 pro max. I told the rep "make sure its on the installment plan because you see what I had to go thru just to upgrade it" and the rep looks me in the eyes and says "dont worry its on the installment plan" fast forward to a couple months ago im looking to upgrade my phone and guess what IM ON THE LEASE PROGRAM AGAIN. my intentions are always to keep the phone so lease is never an option. I try to figure out who the rep is but the sprint store is now an t mobile and unhelpful. I call customer service and speak to a lady and tell her how I got lied to and now stuck on a lease plan I didn't ask for.. we talk for an hour and she said she can't take me off the lease plan but can give me a discount on it. I reluctantly accept since theres no other option. she told me to call to switch it to the installment when it was near 18 months and that there would be notes when I call again. I call again to switch it to the installment plan and the lady that answers says theres no notes about discount so basically I got lied to again. Im very frustrated so I tell her everything that happen AGAIN which take about an hour and half. lady seem very nice and concerned but at the end of the day nothing happened. they just act like they care until you hang up the phone. they acknowlede that i've been lied to but cant do anything about it. wasted my time. so tired of explaining myself. anyways ive been with sprint now tmobile for 10 years and after im done with this installment plan i'm leaving. Sure verizon and ATT might be a little bit more expensive but at least there signal is good (signal is also trash for tmobile and is a big deal but compared to my experience its little fish.) I actually called verizon and if you can catch them with promos or deals they are actually cheaper than tmobile . tmobile commercials about data speed is lies and im not even surprised. its very stressful and everytime I have to explain it again it frustrates me. So save yourself the headache and just get verizon or ATT. unless you like getting lied to straight up to your face or if you like to ask for one thing and get another. or unless you like venting to customer service rep that has no intention in helping but just there to tell you "im very sorry and i understand where you coming from" for an hour with no solution. read more

Received Great, Great Service from Lalo, the manager! I was having issues with my Apple 13 phone. He was very informative and patient with me. He figured it out and now my phone works perfectly. I called my husband to test the phone and he came down to have his phone looked at and Lalo fixed his phone and now we have 2 phones that works great! Thank you, thank you Lalo ! Lalo was so patient with us, answering all questions that we asked and he was never judgemental-----so professional. He deserves a raise ! I've had sprint for 7years and this time upgrading my device was costing me double and before even looking at my account he says it's because of my bad credit?? Like what?? That's a rude accusation. I'm considering leaving sprint due to bad customer service so then I ask him what would be the proper way to switch carriers and he's like "well if you just leave like that you'll get sent to collections" once again, what?? Again assuming, I never said I wasn't going to leave without paying! Who the f does this kid think he is?? This place is super efficient. The staff is mediocre but the man running the show was really efficient in helping as many customers as possible. They didn't have what I wanted (an older iPhone) but didn't try to up sell me on a newer phone either which was nice. The server was slow but they worked well to help each other out. This is the worst T-Mobile store I visited. I came in, signed in, and waited a very long time. All I wanted to do was buy a phone. I already knew what phone I wanted to get and they still made me wait. I was looking around and the staff that were helping other customers had there head down on the desk and it looked like they didn't want to be there. Another staff member sitting in the middle desk area was literally staring at a blank computer screen. The guy who took my name kept walking back and forth to other staff members to "assist" them. I think he was stalling for time so he wouldn't have to help me. It's unfortunate that this specific location ruins the T-Mobile brand. If T-Mobile didn't have a strong following, this location would have been closed long time ago. read more

I walked in looking into trade in for a new device and some skinny Chinese dude in the front told me he had no idea what I was talking about and that T-Mobile did no do trade ins no more only sprint. Since sprint and T-Mobile merger I have had issues with my service and work and home so I had to switch to Verizon. My Verizon salesman didn't check to see that my phone port code worked and made my day very long and hard. Only want to re-set my port password is to get a text from Sprint however since my phone was wiped out I could not get that text. Called and spoke to Verizon and Sprint on the phone for hours, no results. Went to the T-Mobile store off West San Carol and they could not help. I was told maybe this location could help. Raymond Deras did what no other person was able to do. He got me my pin number, it took him some time to resolve the issue but after hours of dealing with not having service he made what was a crappy day much better. I drove quite a few miles for phone screen repair. I wished there would have been a service location closer to me, but had no choice. Considering many phone store locations that I've visited have not been very helpful, I anticipated more of the same. But the service I received at this McKee Rd location stood out and should be recognized. The staff was pleasant, but the service technician went beyond expectation.
