He pointed out that the previous repair used a lower-quality screen rather than a genuine one, which finally explained some issues we'd noticed back then. Mike replaced it with a proper screen, and now the phone feels like new--perfect for my daughter to keep using. Since he did such a great job on my wife's phone, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery on my own iPhone (12 Pro Max) as well, since it was down to 69% maximum capacity. Walked in around 1:50pm without an appointment or anything, Mike tells me the screen replacement of my Iphone 11 would be done in about 15 minutes. He did not lie as I came back and he hands me a brand new screen phone From then, I also asked to add a screen protector as well for extra protection. He gladly applies with extra fee. This shop is fantastic. My iPad Pro started having difficulty charging. Went to Apple Store twice, the geniuses did not really do any testing, but were quick to tell me mine was the old generation and they don't do connector replacements. They would give me a store credit. But to buy a new replacement would cost me almost $1K as they only offered $240 for mine. I took it to Phone Repair Shack after finding him here on Yelp. It was a trip to find he was inside the liquor store. But boom, he replaced the connector in less than an hour. Saved me $900. His price was the best out of all the stores that responded to my project. I will take all my Apple products here for repair from now.
