This review is solely for Michael the manager that was there the evening of 10/17/23. We have a phone that folds down the middle. This phone has NO PHYSICAL damage whatsoever. All of the sudden pixels started to appear right across the middle. A quick and easy Google search demonstrates that this is a VERY COMMON issue with Galaxy Z folder phones. We were told by customer service over the phone that the store will just check for PHYSICAL damage. We arrive the evening of the 17th and we're greeted by a very nice mannered employee. However, Michael has the staff trained to say NO! Our phone has NO physical damage, we were trying to do a defective warranty claim which the phone does qualify for given the defect. Michael, though,nap eager to protect the stores D&D instead of doing what is RIGHT by the customer, decided to not only NOT help us, he clearly demonstrated he didn't care. 611 T-Mobile customer care had already sent our replacement phone to the store. All they had to do was check for PHYSICAL damage, the phone has none. Why not take a faulty phone and let a customer be happy? We still currently have a phone that does NOT function all Thanx to Michael. Great job Michael on saving yourself D&D and not being all about customer service. -5 stars if possible. read more

Man! These guys really rock when it comes to customer service! I've come here many times and have also called in and received great service, but this time around was superb! I had an aunt looking to switch from MetroPCS to T-Mobile and Abraham was a big help in explaining her options to her. She had already paid her bill at MetroPCS, and with manager approval they offered to credit her T-Mobile bill so she wouldn't lose out. We had to leave and return to the store and were advised that Abraham would be gone when we did, but Miguel would be available. We were leery at first, but Miguel was just as awesome and was in the know of everything we discussed with Abraham! My aunt ended up walking out the door with a new phone and plan for under $40! Nice!! Miguel was very personable, and went above and beyond in helping her make the switch, sync contacts, etc. - Very pleased with our experience and am happy to be a T-Mobile customer myself. read more

The worst kind of experience I would wish to someone. When I came in to replace the screen protector on my newly purchased phone I was denied as I didn't had the old protector with me. Upon giving me the runaround of the manager not been there 2 today I called tmobile directly. Not only I was told by a tmobile representative that that was wrong, but that they will follow up as this malitious activity was reported previously. I visited another branch in my area and they checked my ID had my screen protector replaced without any out of pocket expenses as I was covered, but was told to be aware. I'm a very satisfied tmobile customer, but not satisfied with the experience at this branch and hope something is done to correct this issue and preventing from happening again. Update: I sought for the manager, but was given the runaround 3 times. First I was told that he stepped out for 15 minutes and needed to wait. Second time I asked for the manager and was yet again told that the policy included that i needed the previous screen protector in order to get a replacement and that the manager would tell me the same thing. That was yet, another excuse to not have the manager see me. I came back again, once I was told by a tmobile rep @611 that that's not true. I came back to the store to see the manager and this time I was told that he stepped out for 45 minutes and i reffered the info at that time to the representative as he was hearing me and waiting on the line. I was told to visit another closest store and I did which solved my problems within 15 minutes of entering the store. I really hope this doesn't happen again to anyone read more

If you are going to use your U.S. phone in Mexico, be sure you know about the 40 DAY WAIT TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE to use the a Mexican SIM Card! I am an existing customer living in Rosarito, Baja, Mexico. My phone went missing and yesterday, I bought a new phone here. I WAS NOT TOLD that even as an existing customer, I had to wait 40 days and 2 payments had to be made before I could get the unlock code to use my Mexican SIM card. I went through HELL to get this taken care of by customer service. I paid $161.00 in advance for 2 months installments, then had to deal with the department that provides codes to unlock the phone. Thank God I attended law school, I told them I will file a U.S. court action for any damages suffered by me as a result of their negligence. This got their attention. My U.S. cell is the only connection I have that is forwarded to our company MagicJack. Our company could have lost tens of thousands of dollars in our international business of which T-Mobile would be liable. Otherwise, I prefer not having long term contracts. This store is the only reason I am still currently a T-Mobile customer. My issue was resolved in minutes when two other (contract) stores, customer care and social media refused to do anything. Luis and the manager actually listened to what I was saying instead of trying to tell me. Then fixed the problem. This store and its employees deserve recognition for their work. read more

LOVE THESE GUYS!!! When I finally woke up after being with Sprint for 10 years, I went down and saw these guys. Carlos and his team were, and continue to be AWESOME!!! They are knowledgeable about all of their products, and customer service is 2nd to none. Whenever I've had a problem (my own doing, not T-Mobile's fault), Carlos and his staff took personal interest in my situation, maintained great communication throughout, and saw the matter through to resolution. The only thing I could possibly fault them for (not even their fault really) is that they don't always have everything in stock that you might want, but that's only because they do so much business out of this store. It just comes with being a great store. Think about it. If you want Chinese food, for example, do you want to go to the little mom and pop that's empty, or do you want to go to the place that's packed with Asian people? Getting back on topic, the only reason I've given them 5 stars, is because I couldn't give them 10 stars. If you are in the market for a phone/upgrade, give these guys a shot. If there was an option for ZERO stars this place would get it! I've been with Tmobile since before it was Tmobile and I have been to my share of Tmobile stores over the past 13 years. Every time I visit this place...every time it takes forever to get anything done. This time it took and HOUR to purchase a simple item. I need to wait in line with people activating phones and complicated stuff. Wouldn't it make sense to have one register reserved (during busy times) for quickie stuff? An hour for a 2 minute transaction seems a little excessive. No matter the reason for my visit the customer service SUCKS EVERY TIME! it really is ridiculous. I rarely write a bad review but this tmobile location has the most unprofessional, worst customer service ever. If you need to visit a tmobile store do not waste your time or risk raising your blood pressure or wasting your time! I went last week on Thursday and since I walk in I was greeted and welcome did not wait much to get Hector one of the Associates help me transfer all my 5 lines from Metro PCS to T-Mobile, he had the patience to help me and deal with the hassle of calling metro and trying to unlock the phones and calling again and again because metro will not release my phone line. Hector has the best Customer service I ever experience with any phone company. he had the courtesy to follow up with me even days after to make sure everything was good with the service. I have never had a representative follow up with me and make sure I was satisfied with my service. I give Hector himself 5 stars he was awesome and its really great T-Mobile has a great person working for them. as a whole I think the T-Mobile team did a awesome job dealing with metro. Wow so many negative reviews from this location but my experience was the complete opposite. I was attended to from the minute I walked in until I left with my new activated phone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed several people to help me since adding services and changing phones can be confusing according to ever changing rules set forth by ATT. However I never felt like the staff was incapable. They just wanted to make sure they were doing it correctly. There were barely any lines the times I went. What more could you ask for ? read more

1st off i would like to say this is by far the best tmobile i have ever been to. Hands down some of the best customer service i have ever seen by such a busy store . I was greeted when i walked in by one of the floor mangers [Diana] she was very welcoming and helpful she set me up right away with Ernesto whom I felt was so knowledgeable on all the new phones especially the note 8 and the iPhone 8...By the end of our transaction he had me sold on getting a new Samsung watch he broke down the pros and cons to both the note 8 and iPhone 8 but after a tough debate i went with the Note8 [It's pretty dope] i really took this time to write this review manly because ive been to tmobiles stores where I wasn't even greeted and i had to go and find some one to get help . I lost my phone and it was in a case that held my ID. so I went home and brought my license which was expired by 1 year. But since the license was expired they would not do a thing for me. My phone was insured and they said they could not access my account and get the process going until I bring a new ID. But the worst part is that they would give me a new phone and start a new plan with this expired ID. So basically all the nonsense rules go out the door when it comes to selling a phone but not for getting me a replacement phone. Really terrible experience. I went to another Tmobile off Highland all the way to National City and they took my ID and started my phone replacement. read more

This place was definitely not a great experience as a returning customer.. My boyfriend ordered me a phone in his home state and the corporate store said I would need to go to another corporate store to pick it up. It is a loop hole and not many employees are aware of it or how to deal with it. I went to the store and got "declined" in their eyes and I kept explaining the process of what the tmobile employees in the other state were saying, but the representative was just saying no there is nothing we can do for you. She went to the manager and he said you are declined because of the credit. What? No, if he was to order it online or in the state he was in he would have got it the same day. It was just easier to avoid the shipping, but they were unaware with the process. The employees in his store offered to speak to the employees at this store and they declined to speak to them. They did not want to help me or figure out what was wrong. I spent one hour and a half here waiting for them to assist me with getting nowhere. I told them I would just go to the other corporate store in Plaza Bonita and they simply said, they can't help you there either. I went and they were laughing at how bad of a service they gave me. They were amused by how they didn't help me since that is how they get paid. Anyways, I got my phone within 35-45 mins. They just needed an extra verification through the phone, which had absolutely nothing to do with my or his credit that the manager or supervisor assumed without looking at the account or calling the number. Won't be stopping here again, had a much more pleasant experience with the Tmobile in Plaza. I have to agree with another reviwer that they make you feel as if you are just below them or got declined because you have bad credit. read more

There was a problem with my account and Irene, the "supervisor" in charge could not even speak to me like a normal human being, they couldn't process my upgrade and she kept making faces and being secretive with the rep that was helping me out, which was also new and didnt know how to help me out ! I dont understand how people that are not trained can be in charge of such an important job! I was not able to get my phone due to the fact that no one in the store was knowledgable and couldn't fix the issue! I drove to another store they fixed it and sold me a phone in 15 minutes! I dont blame the reps i blame the manager that wasn't even there and leaves the store in charge of Reps that dont care about customer service and didnt even thank me or apologized for wasting my time! Zero stars this place!! The whole company.. My husband phone was lost during his deployment. I call t- mobile to suspense his line till my husband return home. When my husband return he told me he lost his phone. So I call t- mobile to see if we can get a new phone. Paying for insurance on both phones. Costumer service was no help. He told me that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't report it in 90 days. So why paid for ins if its not going to cover anything. Or not explain correctly to your costumer how it works when buying the phone. All he said was its there policy and he wasn't able to help because the phone wasn't reported lost in 90 days! Oh am sorry that my husband cant be on his phone when deploy fighting for his country and he just got back and he lost his phone. So he has to paid 700 dollars for a new one when having insurance on his phone!! that's bad costumers service and a shitty company.. That's how they make there money!!!
