I don't use T-mobile and never have and yet I have bills sent to collectors, THAT I NEVER HAD . Someone has stole a ss number and keeps charging a phone in it . I have had Verizon for 7 years and before that I had AT&T for 10 years and Verizon before that ! What the heck ! This-mobile is not doing their job and checking to make sure they right person is getting service . read more

Employees seem to always be new, so not very knowledgeable and/or rude... also the cell service is terrible - SOS comes up often.

It's an "ok" store if you're just getting a phone with service. As soon as you need to make a change, upgrade or anything else, however, they are a nightmare to deal with... Literally clueless staff, which changes frequently btw. read more

I am not a fan of cell service providers as it seems that every time I do business with one, I end up getting the short end of the stick. Wrong information, services I did not order but get charged for, etc. I went in to the Silver City store to inquire about home internet. I was less than pleased to find that because I live in Mimbres, the less expensive, unlimited option was not available. in the course of looking at my account, I discovered that I have been paying for a phone that was supposed to be "free" after I traded in my old device. Although one sales associate tried to tell me it was "complicated" but he would "helpe understand" the store manager stepped in, figured out where the error had occurred and worked with his management to make it right. we are talking about $400 so no small thing! my sincere thanks to Louis Cobo at TMobile. read more

These guys ripped me off when I first started service with them in 2020. The propane tank at the…read morehouse I moved into was full when I set up my service and they charged me for the propane. Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Since I have autism, which I told them, and had visible trouble understanding how to set all of it up, they knowingly ripped off a developmentally delayed and vulnerable person.
