This is my second visit to this store and I must emphasize they are the rudest most uncooperative staff I have ever come across. They do not have the patience to listen to you and talk so rudely that it's shocking . WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT GO TO THIS T- MOBILE LOCATION . Save yourself the agony of being insulted . Patient Staff, super nice, the negative reviews on here are interesting because there's only so much retail employees can do. There are rules against accepting certain devices for warranty, the location gets charged back when it's an unacceptable device, I get it as a customer you just want an instant solution but that's not how it works. Always double check the promos someone gives you! People are not perfect. Give these folks some grace, they are dealing with rude and entitled people for most of the day. Be blessed. read more

I bought my daughter an iPad for Christmas and was told that it would be 50% off promo. I was told I would get the credit on my bill within 30 days . Ironically, I went in another location to pay my bill and to my surprise that was a lie and I didn't receive the promo! Since I didn't received the promo I'm now I'm paying $500, which I could have easily bought it else where for less. Of course every time I call this location , the phone doesn't work and I can't get ahold of anyone so I'm quite livid and disappointed considering I've bought other devices here and have been with T-Mobile for almost 6 years. Thanks for screwing me over and lying. On top of that ...... I received the tablet in the mail and the motherboard crashed after just 3 days ! Be careful when going to this store!!! I think they have have some scams going on. I was sent a new phone to this location due to my phone screen freezing. For clarity, there is no physical damage to the phone and the programs are still functioning. T-Mobile informed that this would be covered under the warranty but when I got there the guy refused to give me my new phone and completely went against T-Mobile policy. He tried to make me file a insurance claim where I would have to spend about $200 for a replacement instead of the $5 for the warranty. He also refused to call T-Mobile and told me only Apple could help. When I ask for the manager and the district manager names and number, he pretended to call and in less that 10 seconds said the manager said it was against their store policy to give out that information. I am stuck without a phone for another 24 hours all because the rep went against policy. I made a formal complaint with corporate. read more
