When I had their "service" it always scrambled every single day and they refused to give a credit for it. They just bill you and you tow the company line. She spoke with the supervisor in Rustburg , Kayla, who was checking into things but never called her back like she promised. My daughter attempted to call her several times only to be told Kayla is busy. My son in-law called and advised he wanted to speak to Kayla supervisor and suddenly she had all kind of time. When you have supervisor such as Kayla no wonder shentel has so many problems and low ratings. A company is only as good as their employees so this explains a lot.

Their crews sometimes have had to work throughout the day and night to restore service, and all the while, customers are kept informed of their progress, along with an estimate of completion.
