Could not be much worse. The personnel does not understand basic net concepts such as latency,…read moreping, and NAT. My internet speed and reliability are atrocious, regularly falling to the kbps for "premium" internet. I'm allowed limited access to my own router, so you cannot even freely correct my settings. They tried to upsell me nonsense that would not fix the bandwidth problem. It's apparent when the staff speak that they are used to dealing with people who have no idea how any of these things work, and so they try to exploit that ignorance. Most do not conceal the fact that they could not care less about attempting to help you, and, what's worse, make it pretty much impossible for you to fix anything yourself, either. The majority of the staff seem annoyed and indifferent, with a few exceptions. The people who attempt to be efficient and useful have their hands tied--to be fair, a few of them do really try. I try to be grateful for good service and maintain a sense of forgiveness and optimism, but this place is ridiculous. Dealing with this business fills me with inexpressible rage. Good luck if this is your only isp for your area.

After the issue was fixed they contacted me further to make sure the issues were completely resolved. 10/10 on customer service.

I had already called 611, and after spending a lot of time with them, they told me there was nothing more they could do. I decided to stop by Metro by T-Mobile in Danville, and I'm so glad I did. Misty greeted me, listened to everything that had happened, and immediately started working on my phone. She never once acted rushed or frustrated, even though the store was packed because it was the beginning of the month. I honestly sat there amazed as I watched her patiently help customer after customer while continuing to work on my issue. She was kind, thorough, professional, and determined. She refused to give up until she found the solution--and she did! She fixed everything that 611 said couldn't be fixed. Customer service like this is rare these days, and when you experience it, people should hear about it. Misty went above and beyond, and it's obvious she truly cares about helping people instead of just getting them out the door. If you need anything at Metro by T-Mobile in Danville, ask for Misty. We had a contract with Roto Rooter for this job. The lead supervisor even fell through our ceiling in the bathroom and said "don't worry we'll take care of that as well". They came one day and left machines on to dry the moisture but didn't tell us we could turn them off after weeks of being on, which ran our electricity bill up tremendously. This was supposed to be a 2 week job by the way. So onto week 4 we still had holes in our walls and insulation and bugs coming out. Every time we called them they wouldn't answer. I finally talked to another guy at their company and he said they already did their job! Totally ridiculous that we were lied into all this. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE.
