This older guy was trying to make me pay monthly payments when I've been saying I want to pay full and trade in my phone to make it cheaper. This he asked me " are you understanding me" I said "I'm not understanding him because I just want to 200 dollar off for the trade in not do the monthly 500 of the bill every month. Then, the older lady came to me saying the same thing you get the 500 in the sense of a cheaper phone bill with paying full value of the new iPhone. I could see the wo(man) shaking.
