The way they double creased my favorite slacks made it "look like I was attacked by a cat" according to my wife. One crease ends about 40% down the pants angled out away from. The center and then restarts centered again heading down the leg. It makes me laugh. What a joke. These people are lazy and unskilled but words cannot do justice.
