He arrived right on time, was incredibly polite, and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue as worn-out dampers. Because Michael is actually a former Samsung engineer, he was able to break down exactly what was happening in terms that were easy to understand. Even better, he had an original Samsung parts kit right on his truck, saving us from the arm-and-a-leg prices Samsung would have charged us directly.
