I wish I could give them less. I went into on a Saturday everyone was so nice I paid over 200.00 to open four line. And was told we have 2.weeks to change our minds about the service. But before I left they pressured me to write a good review Since the young girl was nice at the time I did. I went to another store and I couldn't make any calls so I went back to trouble the next we'll the nice people that was there the day before was gone the manager Tiffany was very nasty and we was told well you won't get in service in that store in certain areas. I wish I would have known this prior because I would have NEVER switched my service because now when I go into certain stores there is no service. This information should be told to customers on top of that I received a bill two days later for another 268.00. When we called the male that answered the phone saying you have to 611 we don't you and hung up the phone. This is the worst phone company that I've ever experienced. They said they would pay for us to have new phones when we switched over from Verizon. We gave them our iPhone 11's in exchange for new iPhone 12's. They lied and gave us credit for switching over when they told us the phones would be free. They say one thing over the phone and when you come in, they act like you are crazy like they never said that. We tried a phone out for a day with their SIM card before we switched. Service was good at the house and then we bought their phone and switched over, the service has been terrible. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get things straightened out and they don't follow through with their promises. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE. read more

Hahaha. So we switched to mobile with the promise of having cell service where we live. Don't have it. Today I have spent two hours going back and forth to this place to resolve a mistake that THEY made while adding a line to my account. But THEY wantvme to pay, for their mistake. And when I asked for the manager of course He is NEVER available. So the girl helping this last time told. me NOT to get an attitude with her. AND LAUGHED AT ME. I hate mobile. ive been to a lot of cities and visited a lot of retail establishments this store at 1413 McFarland Blvd is by far the absolute worst! The level of unprofessional is beyond ridiculous. The lack of concern and knowledge of products sold did not help. And once the employee created a problem the manner in which management handled it was just as bad if not worse. The profanity that was being used while helping me from the employee and Mgr were offensive and embarrassing. I as a first time customer was not treated in a manner that represented the company at all. Even while waiting I observed others leaving out saying that they felt that they were not being helped the employee continued to look everywhere except at the customer. Red Flag! I should have left. I strongly suggest another store! Definitely not the one at 1413 McFarland I spent 2 days 10-7pm and problem not resolved!! Worst experience of my life!! Check out the other reviews!
