When I arrived, he walked me through the battery options and explained the warranties clearly. Before selling me anything, though, he said he wanted to test the battery first to be certain that was actually the issue. I am so grateful he did. The battery tested just fine. The real culprit was the alternator. Instead of selling me something I did not need, he made sure I had the right information to move forward. Honest service like that matters. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait.
