Moreover, given the emergency nature of our work, Centric has made accommodations such that all support staff are alerted if there is an issue. The company is very personal but professional; they make it feel like they really care about you. They were very flexible and worked around our crazy schedules, coming back and forth to our office several times a week to provide training sessions on our new system. Like all installations we have had our share of hiccups and issues of course, but the majority of them were related to the Toshiba equipment and were always resolved quickly by Centric technicians. From the get go working them they I had a feeling something about them wasn't right . They first tried to put me on a project which required 3-4 people all by myself which they knew beforehand the manpower it woukd take to be successful. I communicated with the PM Nick about the situation and everything the job entailed to complete but it was like they cared less leaving me stranded the whole time. All of their work is through a third party co. Telnet where they have incompetent representatives which in turn makes them worse bc of the lack of communication between them. After nearly completing the project and telling the customer about the work that was left that they couldn't decide on they tried to withhold my pay to the point where I nearly had to threaten them. They even said that they'd compensate more money to make up for all the delays on the project which was on their behalf and still did not keep their word to it smh. I would advise anyone thinking about doimg business with them a job to reconsider because they are pretty much no more or less than fraudulent.

This company owner Stuart is not a fair contracting agent. When we were hired to work for Poly West…read morethrough Progressive Office we were discriminated against because of our race. We were set up for failure because the surveyor a caucasian man did not accurately define the equipment and supplies it would take to complete the assignment. We were harassed and my Lead tech was humiliated by this guy daily. We were made and wrongly accused of failing to achieve when it was not for our team to bring heavy machinery to the site. They pressed our techs to work with lifts that were not appropriate for pulling cables of heights and the safety of our techs was put at risk. The guy even tampered with the completed work we had already done which made us do repeat work prolonging our efforts even further. We had to deal with a temperamental guy who lost his cool and kicked our leads pull string buckets and cursed while stating that he better leave before he loses control. We were quoted a price of $5000.00 and given a date to complete. This facility has security in place and there is no tobacco on the premises we have been defamed by this guy with untruths that are policy protected for the employees and all who enter. There were stipulations made that were unrealistic because of their miscommunications, lack of equipment provided by Poly West and not Progressive, and a strong dislike from the guy who was unable to complete the job due to a broken foot but this guy was there to insult and disrespect our work and our lead tech. When the assistant tech was accosted by this guy he was propositioned to leave our hiring tech and come work with him. Which caused him to act by writing a letter to Stuart, but nothing was done. He claimed that we would not have to deal with this guy for the rest of our time there but instead, he began reporting alleged wrongdoing that was not valid. Stuart was never at the site so he only took the word of the one who wanted us off the site from day two of our arrival. If you are thinking about working for this guy you need to think twice. it is week 6 and our team of 4 is not paid he is trying to short-change the agreement established through Field NATION. And especially if you are of color I would strongly suggest that you move with caution or pass up this company, it is owned and operated by one man and he is a consulting middleman. FACTS. And he has an F RATING with BBB. AND HE IS NOT ACCREDITED! THE ONLY REASON I HAVE A 1 RATING IS THAT THEY REQUIRE A RATING TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW.
