Worst store. I had a warranty replacement already approved through Assurant their insurance company. My phone failed to turn on. The store clerk said he couldn't do the replacement without verifying the phone. The young kid assigned Mgr said the same. I said YOUR company already approved it. He said couldn't. After my tirade in the store that prb left a lasting impression on some new customers, I called customer care who said they were wrong at the store. They need a revolving door with the personnel changes in that store! read more

Wentzville T-Mobile store is the worst service I've ever received from any TMobile store. Went in to see why apps were buffering. maybe trade in phones there slick talking sale person put us in another plan that was almost twice the price didnt find this out till a few days later. they lied about almost everything. We were Leary so we went to a corporate store they had to redo everything. Katherine at the Warrenton store is GREAT. spent a couple hours fixing the Wentzville stores screw ups. They won't help you do anything that doesn't involve commission. Upgrades don't make reps money, so they'll turn you away and send you to a different store. District managers and customer care have verified that all 3rd party stores are 100% capable of completing upgrades and taking trade in's this one just refuses to do so. read more

This store is a joke. The manager told me T-Mobile would send me a box to my house within two weeks of the trade in. Never got one. After speaking with the Fenton store, the manager there informed me I was supposed to leave my phone with the store that day... So I had to drive back to the store to drop the phone off and he says, "sometimes they don't send it". What?? He added on insurance to our other two lines without asking. One of those lines didn't even have a phone on it. Sent us packing without setting our new phones up. Had to wipe and do all over again when I got home. Apparently, this is a 3rd party store? I will avoid going back to this store ever again and would urge you do the same. read more

Their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place like the plague. They don't give you all the information. The woman that helped us needs to be retrained. I'm giving T-Mobile store in Wentzville 5 STARS because of Erik. He's ALWAYS extremely knowledgeable considerate and also funny. He realizes no one wants to spend minutes or hours at the cell phone store ( Depending on what the problem is ) Erik keeps the mood calm and he jokes around with you a lot to help pass the time, plus I think that's just his awesome, caring and kind personality. I have been going to this location for years, and it is disappointing each time. There are usually very long waits, but what really gets me frustrated are the two male employees who are as arrogant and unfriendly as can be. One of them in particular has long hair and tattoos all over his arms etc (don't know his name). The other recently transferred to the store and is a complete "know it all." The store is packed and he likes to walk around and stick his nose in the other employee's business while they are with customers. Even though this store is close for me, I am going to start going to another. I do a LOT of business with T-Mobile and have had it with this store. And thanks to T-Mobile's data breach, I have also discovered my SSN, DL number, address and phone number on the dark web. I really need to switch carriers. read more

Just needed to upgrade our home internet gateway and couldn't be happier with the two young men that made is very easy. Rodney and Gabe went a bit out of their way to get it changed out without any hassle. Nice polite and knowledgeable service. Glad I'm sticking with T mobile for my internet service. read more

Obeary was the rep that I TRIED to work with when I was in store twice today and both times she was rude, unhelpful, and actually told me to go to another store since she refused to help me. She first gave me a sims card and told me to call *611 and that's all she could do. Then I did that and cust care sent me back to store to get my new phone fixed and she said she couldn't help. She didn't even touch my phone to try to help me. My family was with me and was shocked by how rude she was and was not willing to even TRY to assist me. I finally left frustrated and will take my 4 phone lines elsewhere. It has really gone down hill since sprint swtiched to tmobile. Cust serv is horrid!!!! Just my experience. Their website said I had service in my area, the salesman said I had service in my area, everything said I would have good 4g service in my area. I signed up on a Sunday and bought 2 iPhone SE outright and would have to order 2. With accessories and phones I paid a little over $1000. I was ok with that. I get 1 mile from my house, no service. I get to my house, no service. I connect to my home wifi to call. I tell store I had no service. They said call customer service. After calling their 800 number and talking to them we came to the conclusion that the service would not work in my area. This was one hour after my purchase. They said take everything back to the store for a refund. I get to the store for a refund. No problem. They refund my money. But, the SIM cards are not refundable and there is a $50 fee per phone for restocking. This one hour lesson cost me $160. The rep that was in store said she would refund the $60 by account credit in which I would receive a check in the future. If I do, I will correct this review. Brad who refunded my money said to call customer service to try and get the restocking fee credited by them. I called when I got home and she said it was my fault for making the choice to pick them and not theirs for telling me in multiple locations that service was available where I live. This may be common amongst all cell providers but this for certain is standard protocol with T-Mobile. Buyer beware, even if there is no service, it's going to cost you. read more

I had went in the store with my mother to talk about getting our iPhones fixed.We were just going to go through the insurance to have our phones replaced. Since we both had paid off phones, we decided to get new phones. The guy that helped us out was really informative and helped out since we really didn't know what we wanted and he was patient with us. My mom walked out of the store with the iPhone she wanted (the 8 plus) cause of the great pic quality. I wanted the X so the store had to order that phone for me. Overall the staff was very helpful in what me and my mother needed to do regarding our broken iPhones and just said that since our phones are paid off, it was easier to just upgrade in store and just pay the taxes on the new iPhone 8 Plus and my iPhone X. read more
