WOW!! What a great experience. Brad and Sara are the owners. They repaired my Motorola Droid after getting closed in the car door. I am kinda hard on cellphones and this is my first time at eTech. I have tried other places but they do not carry the parts in stock... do not quite understand that since it is a popular phone... eTech!!! had the parts in stock and repaired it quickly. They even helped me with my tablet. Sara, was extremely helpful. Brad was repairing my phone while Sara helped me with a samsung tablet. She showed me how to be safe and optimized my tablet. These two have a great business. It is really nice to see a business like this in Saint Charles Missouri. Out standing Customer Service!! Sara is incredible, she repaired my iPhone 6 quickly and efficiently. Sara, help me with protecting the phone with a better case and explained the difference in the cases. She also took the time to show my some of the features of the phone and how to restricted GPS tracking. This lady is on point! Cellphone Forensics Expert, that really know her stuff. I have patronized Etech solutions because of the EXCELLENT service I have received since it opened 5 years ago. Not only because of me but how my referrals have been treated. I know that you can't always please everyone. The funny thing is the negative feedback from today 12/27 as well. I just so happen to be standing in the waiting area with another customer. We both turned and looked at each other what the customer stated. Unfortunately you can't expect a company to pay for your cracked screen. Not only that if you don't let anyone know you have a problem they can't fix it. So no one to blame but themselves!! When you start a conversation out telling them that you are going to go somewhere else and not even give the company a chance to respond. Really ??? Oh well that's on him know but had he handled himself differently he would have found out that Brad would have taken care of the issue. I had the misfortune of dropping my iphone in a bucket of paint. Since I have a medical condition, my cell phone is more than just a social connection. Etech Solutions was the first place I thought of when my husband had an issue with his over head console monitor in our F250 truck, it was working off & on. When we called Brad he said bring it by and he would be happy to look at it and much to our surprise he soldered up some loose contacts on these tiny little condensers, we took it home plugged it back in and it is working. Yeah!!! We had watched a Youtube video on how to get it out and trouble shoot it but were not equiped to work on this tiny little circuit board. Brad was great and Sara helped me with a issue with my phone. We are an older couple so electronics are a bit too high tech for us. Bottom line we highly recommend this customer friendly shop! Can there be any better? I met Brad a few years ago when I dropped my phone and was waiting on a important call. He was able to get a new screen installed in what felt like a few minutes. Since they I have taken countless phones to him for repairs. He is an absolute expert at data security and always gives me the best advice. They do forensic software for several police departments! If that isn't a test to their integrity and knowledge I don't know what is! Since I have gotten to know them I would trust any electronic repair to anyone but them. I've been to the other places trying to save money EPC, CPR; and the place on first capital. Two of them damaged my phone irreversibly and claimed they did nothing wrong. And the third one wiped out all my data same result.. This place is a Godsend; when you want it done right the first time with quality parts by somebody who knows what they're doing.. go with the benefit of my mistakes don't ever go anywhere else..
