Okay, so after a couple of trips to this place over the last few years with less than stellar service (one guy was really just sort of gross with a runny nose and no idea whatsoever what he was doing), we have been back twice within the last month and had wonderful, professional service both times. The store gave me misleading information. One of the representatives told me that I'd be able to upgrade my Galaxy S9+ phone to a Note 9 and take advantage of a $500 off promotion. However, since my S9+ had a cracked screen, I was told I had to put in an insurance claim (with a $175 deductible). But for the promotional plan, I would not have shelled out the money and just worked with my original phone. However, I got a replacement S9+ phone. Unfortunately, when I attempted to go for the promotion, I was informed that I was given the wrong information. The S9+ was NOT eligible for this promotion regardless of its condition, and I would not have been able to take advantage anyway since my phone was not paid off. None of this was conveyed to me. When I called the store and complained, all I got was a "sorry" and no offer to make up for the grossly inaccurate information that I relied upon to spend $175 dollars. For this reason, I will not visit this store again. I may also leave T-Mobile once my phone is paid off. This store does not have honest brokers. read more

Hello so i went into the store looking for my friend Victor but the Staff had said he was no longer with the conpany which made me sad. I was really sad. A blonde haired associate named Christina helped me and he was EXTREMELY knowledgable! Answered all my questions and was friendly! Anyone that goes to this store i highly recommend my friend Christina! Hes great! Only hickup was when i had a question about my iphone he didnt know, so his manager Jaffari helped him out! I get awesome service every time I come here. Thing is, they can get pretty crowded, which means long waits.

Tried to add a phone to the family plan. The new phone was broken. The worst part is the store said that I had to wait two weeks and use the broken phone before I could get a new one. Totally unacceptable yet this is how terrible this store treats its customers. Stay away from this place at all costs. This is not how a phone store should operate. read more

The store isn't as bad as the customer service recieve when call there help service. They are the most incompetent group of people I've ever spoken to. They are then the worst fast food place on their bad day!!! Literally I've been on the phone with them for hours and they are still too incompetent to revolve my issues!! read more

I usually love going to this t-mobile. The representatives are always so nice and helpful but today, the girl there gave me nothing but attitude when I asked about the new iPhone. Maybe she was having a bad day or whatever but she should be in a better mood when she talks to her customers. read more
