A week later, I still hadn't received a proof. I contacted them only to be told it was on its way and days later they were working on it. Two weeks later, I went to the store. The employee in the store couldnt find anything related to my order. He contacted the owner because to quote him, "This isn't good". The owner told him to tell me I would get the proof that night. Tired of the run around, I waited over an hour until the owner arrived. He acted as if there was not an issue but the proof wasn't ready! Another employee apparently was creating the proof. After discussing details I shared several times before, I left two hours later being told I would see the proof that afternoon. I didn't get the proof until 2:00 am the next day. The employee felt badly about how I was treated that he volunteered to deliver them to me. The owner was very unprofessional and unapologetic for the poor customer service. I will never used this business again and I wouldn't recommend it. To respond to Mr. Lord's response, I do not agree that you worked hard to satisfy me. I do thank you for acknowledging it was not a good experience. I sent you an email expressing my dissatisfaction before I wrote this review which you did not respond. I am not satisfied.

The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. To top it off they were so nice. Please use this business for your shopping needs! You won't regret it with the service they give & you'll be keeping a small business going.

If one needs something done for paperwork for medical leave never ever let medical copy do it ever…read morehired by the hospital to do it and he did not so I lost my medical insurance an thank you jerkers thanks to them I am losing my heathcare and my life insurance. This is so damn wrong. They lose the first paper that I sent them. Then they lose the second one. And the third one they never got it so now I lose my health coverage, an act of their laziness and my other doctor had this paperwork done in five seconds these guys take three days or longer and they mess it up so bad, I am not happy with metacopy do the job right? I don't do it at all. I should not be punished for their laziness, but I am a little bit of last time I ever have anything to do with them because I am looking for another doctor, that does not deal with metacopy. if you've got paperwork to do for medical leave do not let medical copy do it for you your best bet is to do it yourself or find a doctor that will do it for you. They should be ashamed of themselves. They had to the charge you thirty dollars for what they did. They should not get paid for what they did which was nothing. I will find another doctor, but I will not have nothing to do with metacopy ever again if you were old wise, you would he'd this morning. So this will not happen to you again or any other people I wonder how many lives has a metacopy ruined like mine even my job is in jeopardy because of them and I have 26 years in WAWA. This place is the printer of choice at my work, so I'm constantly dealing with them. And they're super nice and fast and I wouldn't have it any other way. I just upload my graphics to their ftp and I pretty much always have a proof the next day. They even worked with us to make a special flyer size so we get more prints out of each piece of paper they do for optimum savings! They do posters, flyers, business cards, books, die-cut whatever stuff, and so much more. I like going in there though because I have this weird thing with paper sample books, and they have so many and I just like flipping through them. I'm a nerd.
