I'm super frustrated leaving what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. 3 hours for a mani/pedi. The manicurist was so rude. Frustrated because I requested my nails short and no tips. I mentioned one of the colors was too lite and asked if we could find a different shade and you would have thought the world was falling apart for her. She was so rude that I asked if she was okay to kinda hint how rude she was being. Going to check out the bill was $25.00 more than anticipated for stuff they didn't tell me about. I got multiple colors and they charged 10.00 for that. Worst acrylic nails ever. Language barrier or not. Sharp square is a sharp square. I even asked for the file to show her but when I gave it back to her she filed the way she wanted to. I USED TO BE A NAIL TECH!!! Finally I gave up and showed her a picture of coffin nails. "Oh I know coffin!" No. No you don't. I left with thick in the back nails that got filed like crazy on one side but not much on the other. 55.00 for the worst nail set ever. I had asked for the guy there and he said "same same". No. No.. Literally the worst pedicure experience I have EVER received. I got a pedicure here once before by a male who was amazing and soo sweet! But this last time I cannot say that there was a single thing that went well. I went in with a friend for a much needed pedicure which we were so excited for and once we were finally seated, my water was blazing hot to where I couldn't put my feet in. I let the lady taking care of my friend know and she took her time in turning the temperature down while she watched my feet sit outside. My friend and I requested a milk bath where they brought out literal cow milk(?) and poured it into the water and i was left sitting there for at least 15-20 minutes waiting on someone to the point that my water had turned cold and my legs were even starting to itch I'd assume from the cow milk. It was cold, uncomfortable and felt like my feet were getting too soft so I took them out once again and sat there waiting for someone to take care of me.I'm not sure if the ladies taking care of us could tell that we were not happy, because when I was getting my legs massaged it was uncomfortable and quite painful as if she was doing it on purpose. I just wanted it to be over with. I asked for regular white polish and when she was painting my nails I looked at the bottle she was using which looked like gel and was even sitting on my nails like gel so I asked again to make sure it was regular polish and she insisted it was. It was not. It was gel which she just did not put under the UV light. There are a few other details I left out but my point in this was, that I am never one to write bad reviews, but it is no exaggeration when I say that this was my worst ever experience. 10/10 do not recommend. Unless it's the male which I believe is the only male that works there. read more

I have been coming to T Nails since I moved to Buda 3 years ago. I went in on Monday, 12/28:15 and had a pedicure and new white tip acrylics put on my fingernails. First I had to get rude to get the girl doing my pedicure from using a razor board. She was so put out I ended up with s blood blister on my left foot. I thought the owner was going to do my nails, which I like how he or Hannah dies them. But, he handed me off to the other guy in the shop. Well I've posted pictures of the results. Three fingers on my right hand and two on my left hand have scabs around the cuticles from his handiwork!!!! Not only do they hurt, but how unsanitary is that!!! I went in for a mani/pedi with a nail design. They asked prior to seating me what I wanted and they still stuck me with the newer girl who spoke softer than wind and had no idea what I was talking about. Not her fault, it was just frustrating. Due to all this, my visit was awful. She cut some nails to short, did my design wrong, caked the nail polish on, and I had a cut on my leg she kept rubbing salt scrub on and I asked several times for her to stop because it burned. What did it for me was the nail polish. I spent hours there only to walk out and have the surface of my nails dry but everything under the top coat was still trying to dry! I washed my hands after using the restroom when I went home only to see half my polish had been rubbed off. Due to this, I won't go back. read more

I went for a pedicure and got the guy who I think is the owner. He seemed annoyed and rushed through the entire thing. I told him I had an ingrown toenail so he starts roughly using the tool to the point that I bleed. He doesn't look up or even apologize or ask if it hurt, just kept going letting the blood bead up then shoves my foot back in the water. He finished in record time and when I go to pay, the cashier watches to see what I tip and says something to him in their language as if they discussed the probability that I wouldn't tip. It's been 3 days and my toe is still hurting, looks rimmed with blood and feels bruised underneath. May have to go to doctor. If you cut someone, you need to apologize and ask the person if they are okay. Fingers crossed it's not infected. read more

Today was my first time here, it was super busy but they sat me down immediately. I got the gel nails but the selection of colors was not awesome. I sat there for about 10 minutes, they seemed pretty busy but I wished they'd offer me some water at least. There was definitely a language barrier so there was no small talk. Overall the costumer service was not great- but the end result of my nails was near perfection. I was very surprised, despite the lack of hospitality. I love this place. I know it doesn't have a lot of stars, so when I first came here I tried not to let that sway me. Each time I've been here my pedicures have been on point. First - the chairs are a little older, no holes and they use bags in the bowls for sanitary purposes which I appreciate. My nails always looks great - cuticles are gone, nails are trimmed and buffed. Next is the BEST part...the massage. So good. Try use the right amount of pressure. It's not just lightly rubbing back and forth. They actually massage your feet and legs. I get the Signature pedicure which includes a sugar scrub, mask, lotion and oil massage, hot stone massage, and hot towels. Oh and a paraffin wax dip for your feet! The pedicure time is a little over an hour. I've gotten gel twice too and each time they look amazing and the color lasts. No chipping for 2 weeks! This isn't Aveda. If you don't expect that you will love this place. Oh but a tip - bring your own polish! Their polishes are a little old...I'm sure (like every salon) they add liquid to the polish to extend its life read more

Their quality was horrible! I did a basic mani and pedi and I was there for more than 3 hours! The lady that did my mani did a sloppy, horrible job and my nails would not dry. They kept on smudging (3 fingers) that she re-did when I told her. She was not happy and seemed annoyed like I was doing it on purpose. After the third time that I called her and she came to check on them, she noticed it was the nail polish and not me. She ended up spraying them with something and said that should do it and sent me away. As soon as I got in my car, two fingers' nail polish were destroyed (surprise, surprise)! Went to get my nails done on Saturday. SNS. No wait - so that was nice. On Sunday 2 nails broke. Went back - they fixed for free - no questions asked. Tuesday, two more nails broke. I have tried to find numerous decent nail salons in the Buda/Kyle area and this one topped all of them. They were very friendly and had a clean atmosphere. There wasn't a wait even though it was busy. I got a gentlemen to do a new set for me and he spoke great english! He did a wonderful job and was not rough at all! I also got an eyebrow wax that was very pleasant and they did a great job. Total for new set and eyebrow wax was $45 so not too bad on pricing, but you do get what you pay for. I also went in close to Christmas, so they were giving out goodie bags to each customer with Linden Chocolates. Yumm! I went to get a pedicure with my sis-in-law and mother-in-law last Saturday evening. My mother-in-law called ahead and they told her to come in 30 minutes. So we show up 30 minutes later and the lady said "no I told you an hour" and insisted that my mother-in-law was wrong. Well, first the lady didn't even make sure we were the people that she was talking to on the phone... could've been another group. I understand that they were super busy and understaffed, but I wish she was more polite instead of so off-putting. Anyways, we were seated and waited, which was fine. I don't mind waiting, especially when I know they are helping other people and we can enjoy the massage chairs. I got lucky. I had a great girl named Kim. She spoke English well and was very friendly. She apologized for the wait and made polite conversation. She massaged my feet and calves, which felt amazing. And my toes came out looking great! No complaints on the pedicure for me. My mother-in-law and sis-in-law were not so pleased with their ladies. And my sis-in-law asked for a eyebrow wax and was so disappointed. She had to point out where the lady missed hair and the lady didn't believe her and said she was fine... my sis-in-law doesn't play and called her out and the only way she got her to look closer was by asking her to go get someone else. I've been going to T Nails since I was a junior in high school. I'm graduating now, and I haven't been there in a while, so I went back today to get my nails and toes done. My finger nails came out great, my toes however are still throbbing. I don't know if the lady who was doing them was new, but she just wouldn't stop sawing away at my toes. She also was cutting down the sides of them, not just the normal cuticle cutting, but cutting down underneath my nail. My pedicure took an hour when it normally takes 30 minutes. Just when I thought she would stop, she kept going. I don't speak Vietnamese, but another lady came over presumably to tell her to please stop filing my toes raw. My toes are actually bloody, and my graduation is on Friday. I'm not the type of person to get angry, I just won't go back, but they didn't even give me a discount or apologize. I also am not the person to typically care enough to leave reviews but it just seems that the quality has gone down immensely over the time I've been going there. It's really disappointing because T Nails will always be ingrained my high school experience, now I'm just hoping that when I venture off into the real world, it won't be done with a horribly ingrown toenail. read more

This place SUCKS!!! Come here if you want to be treated like shit!!! This place had to have two people work on my nails. The First Lady did a horrible job and a second lady had to jump into helping fix her mistakes. I thought everything was okay after the mistakes were fixed because they are nail specialist then I notice my finger nail was slanted and had to go back the same day again after I left. Then my nails got worst after a few days and one of my nails broke off. I had to come back a few day later even after they worked on my nails four times before I left. A women there gave me threats abs told me leave her store after U showed her what she abs another woman did to my nails. If they did a good job, I would not need to come back but had too because they did not make the French line even and my nails had to be redone and they did not file it straight and a few days later one of my nails broke.
