Dirt still left under toe, didn't file, paint on skin, was supposed to get a callus treatment and they were softer before he touched them, it came with a leg massage but he about tore my foot apart with the grit. Said something to him and showed him, but he didn't correct. Only said it was my fault because my nails were short. I've been here twice and both times I got a crazy rushed pedicure and they didn't do that good on the polishing part. Idk if you can tell but if you zoom in, it's super bumpy. He didn't trim my cuticles and I was in SO much pain when he was scrubbing my feet with the purple tool thing they use. They do better on the nails but still rush it like crazy. They turned out pretty decent but they charged me $65 for the nails. I asked for a tip on them and I asked for them short but she filed them literally completely off so I didn't even need to pay for the tip because it didn't add any length except to one pinky. I'm not a fan of how much they rush there services. They also do not sanitize there tools it looks like. ALSO, I got builder gel and they individually cured each finger nail and my hand literally got burned by how often she put my hand under. read more

Went in for a full set and a pedi. My toenails were cut down entirely too short. You could still see dry skin on my heels after the weak scrubbing I received. My full set, with simple ombré design was a disaster - paint all over my fingers, even after several attempts to clean them up. Looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. I was in there for over 2.5 hours. My hands still have paint on them two days later. Absolutely the worst nail experience I've ever had - then they charged me $165. Sadly I have been a long time client here for 3 years. Plus my daughters. 3 people. 2 of them consistently every two weeks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The last 5 out of 6 times the technician we usually book with has not shown up and the salon hasn't proactively let me know.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We go to Mymy for great designs and fast service, but haven't been able to get her service even with booked appointments. The last straw was last week when she bailed on my daughter's long standing Prom nails and just didn't even show up. They put my daughter with what they deemed as a "competent technician" but her nails were poor and ruined her Prom nails completely. I only had an hour to get them done and if I had known Mymy wasn't there I could have scheduled at a different salon with someone reliable. I can't keep booking appts to have them disregarded by a long standing client. The other issue was when my friend went to pay for her gel pedi, she was charged $20 EXTRA for the gel! This seems excessive. So her $43 pedi was $63. The last time I came to a nail salon for a pedicure, I had to be about 11 years old and the experience wasn't pleasant. However, I was excited when my work friend invited me for a pedicure. It was a different request I hadn't received for a time of bonding. Upon walking in, we didn't wait long before we were greeted and told to sign in. After that process, we were guided to our seats and given the option to have drinks served to us. I decided against drinks just my personal preference. The establishment was clean and well-maintained. My favorite part was the neck and back massage portion of the chair, it made my experience relaxing. The staff was attentive and changed the water when it got too hot to touch. My friend and I chose the lavender pedicure ($50.00) and she recommended the shellac nail polish mix ($20.00, extra). The shellac dried fairly quickly too. They have color trays from a wide variety of nail polishes to choose from. I received this pedicure on 06/26 and it is still going strong looking fabulous on my toes. It hasn't faded, chipped, cracked, or looked worn off. I'm impressed that it is a long-lasting polish. I recommend Everly Nail Bar if you are looking to get pampered. read more

I have frequently been to this nail salon and today was probably not the best experience I have had in a long time. I had an appointment at 9 AM and was able to be seen for my pedicure expeditiously however, when it was time for my manicure, it took almost an hour and a half to be done. I had over three people work on my nails. Not including the individual for my pedicure...for my manicure I had over three people do my nails, passing me along to the next person even if I had an appointment, I felt like I was squeezed in. I noticed that the gentleman that seems to manage the place wasn't there and it was really evident that it was very chaotic. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon and if I do, I may be very selective on who I select to be my manicurist. I would advise others to not select random because they will randomly assign you several people. They did not charge me for my design because it took so long, but I will tell you the design was very rushed and I see a lot of of gaps and spaces on my nail that was not finished as I got a French tip design. The vibe definitely used to be completely different. I'm not sure if there was a change in management. I can't wait to get my nails done again, but completely redone by another nail salon. read more

I wanted to call about my complaint but was too upset for the call. I'm very disappointed. I just had the worst pedicure I've ever had. It was very rushed for a Monday morning. She burned the bottom of my left foot with the paraffin wax. I booked an appointment for a lavender pedicure and a lavender manicure with MyMy, but someone named Tina was my technician. She gave me a lavender pedi, but a regular manicure. I could not communicate with her very well because of a severe language barrier. She asked me how the temp of the water was. I told her it was too hot, but she did not fix the temp. She did my mani in the same chair as the pedi, and that was uncomfortable. The polish on my mani had gaps near the cuticle on several fingers. I could not communicate my dissatisfaction because of the language issue, so I left. When I got home, I covered her messy job with my own polish. I'm disappointed because this salon is close to my home, but I will have to find a different one for next time. read more

Horrible experience! I booked a gel manicure and a pedicure. I didn't want a gel pedicure, just a regular one and the tech was insisting that I get gel on my toes. I told her I just wanted regular polish and she wasn't happy about that but agreed. The pedicure was fine, nothing spectacular. When she started on my manicure I specifically asked her to be very careful with my cuticles. She ended up cutting me so bad that I bled through a cotton ball and two bandaids! She kept trying to put nail glue on the cut and I told her I didn't want it. I've never been cut so badly before. I said I didn't want to finish the service and just wanted to leave. I was still charged for my nails because she had to take off my old polish. I definitely will Not be back to this salon. My pedicure was pretty average and relaxibut I ended up getting charged $5 extra for getting French tip, I wasn't aware this was an up charge and don't think I've ever been somewhere that charges extra. I've been here a few times and the quality of my nails is decent but the pricing is outrageous. First- I got a pedicure and they charge an extra $20 for gel. My pedicure went from being $45 to $65- that's absurd for a basic pedicure. Second- I got a fill and within a week two of my nails broke so I went back to get them fixed. The first upsetting thing was they didn't log my most recent color so we were trying to color match. I can tell this color is slightly darker so now my nails don't match. On top of that, they charge $10 for a nail fix! I promise you this business will not have loyal customers if they continue to run their business trying to get every penny from clients. I won't be coming back after today, I came in requesting for a soak off and then a shellac manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was subpar she just rubbed lotion on my legs and didn't really massage them, I felt as if I could have done the pedicure at home with the quality she was giving, the only good thing about my pedicure was that she painted my toes well. After my pedicure they started on my soak off and it was good no problems there, until she began my shellac manicure... she was cutting my cuticles and she cut me on 4 of my fingers and made me bleed on my right hand and then cut me twice on my left hand. She kept apologizing for cutting me and I was hoping after making me bleed once she would be more gentle but wasn't at all. I had Kenji (male nail tech). A couple things: 1. He talked negatively about other clients to me, swore a lot and wasn't professional. 2. When I asked him to clean up my cuticles, he argued with me and said they didn't need to be cleaned up. When I insisted, he did a poor job of cleaning them up. I also said that I didn't want them filed at the end and he did it anyway. I felt (maybe because I'm female???) that he didn't actually listen to me or what I wanted, he totally disregarded everything that I said. 3. He had to get up and step away to blow his nose (totally fine, completely understood this) however, when he was finished, he did NOT wash his hands which is completely disgusting. When I get and pay for a service, I expect and want professionalism. I also don't want to hear someone cussing up a storm nor do I want to listen to their drama.
