BEWARE PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES We are both elderly my husband is severely disabled. And I am suffering from onset dementia. T-rock came to our home to quote the repairs to our home due to damage from a hail storm. In this process we believe T-Rock used deceitful predatory sales tactics. When we requested a firm written quote on the repairs, their sales rep held up our insurance summary and said " That won't be necessary, because we can only charge what the insurance company lists for each line item" We were never presented with nor did we sign a contract for the work. We transferred in full each payment from our insurer to T-Rock as they became available in the amount of $35,000. We requested that some of the work be deferred to the end of the repairs. At no time did we instruct T-Rock to not complete the work. At the end of the first phase of construction, T-Rock fraudulently submitted a completion statement to the primary insurer while knowingly leaving approximately $10,000 in unfinished work. At about the same time T-rock submitted the false completion statement they issued a bill to us for an additional $10,773.00 for unspecified construction costs. When we contacted our insurer and mortgage company regarding this bill we were told by both "Not to give them another dime until the work is satisfactorily complete" We have begun to complete the work out of our own funds. An while we have made progress there are still a few items to attend to. While we have never told T-Rock not to return to the site, I'm sure it's clear why we might be hesitant, given their past deceitful tactics. T-Rock has since submitted this invalid bill for collection and are threatening to file a lien against our home. In addition they have made dozens of harassing phone and text contacts regarding their spurious billing. read more

I contacted T Rock Roofing and Construction after we had a branch do some damage to the ridge of our roof. They were quick to answer the phone and able to setup a consultation appointment next day. Brian Hammond arrived at our house and was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After confirming what all of the other reviews affirmed, I setup an appointment for Brian to come back and complete the job. He called the morning of to confirm the appointment and even arrived a bit early which was awesome. Brian went above and beyond with the service he provided. Not only did he repair the busted roof ridge but he also repaired some shoddy work that had been done by the prior roof installer. His many years of being a licensed roof inspector was apparent in his knowledge of the hazards surrounding my house, the different products my roof is composed of and the overall status of the roof. Brian is a consummate professional that prides himself on above quality work and is a model of integrity. In today's society these upstanding professionals are hard to come by. We will only be working with T Rock for all of our construction needs. My hat is off to you Brian, you truly exemplify what it means to work hard and love what you do. read more

My home was one the ones, in the Murphy/Wylie area that was hit hard by large hail on 4/11 this year. T-Rock was referred to me by other homeowners on my street. Dalles Wielenga a representative of T-Rock, met with me and scheduled the job. Dalles did a great job monitoring and following up on the project and worked with our insurance company to settle the claim. The roof replacement work was completed in one day and the gutters were replaced the following day. In addition, Dalles provided recommendations for other professionals to: 1) Seal up the skylights and paint from the inside our home, and 2) Replace broken widows and torn screens. We had both skylights filled in to avoid the break through of hail and rain from happening again. Moreover, we paid separately for other upgrades (ridge vent and chimney cricket) that were installed at the time that the roof was replaced. My wife and I were very pleased to have had the pleasure of working with a group of professionals like T-Rock. We highly recommend using their services for roof repair. read more

These are the best roofing professionals around. While all the other roofing companies seemed to talk down to us the folks at T-Rock took care of everything. I was frustrated with the insurance company and they made all that frustration go away. The insurance company was saying I was barely going to get a new roof - T-Rock replaced my roof, gutters, windows, got the fence fixed etc... My neighbors who also had roofs replaced all wanted to know why my roof looked better than theirs... not only did it look better the neighbors roofs took 2 days to complete while mine was done in 8 hours... We had our roof replaced in 2015, but experienced leaks after the installation. After a rain storm, I'd call and a team would be scheduled to deal with the most reason issue. While this went on for some time, TRock continued to send teams to deal with our multiple issues. We believe the most recent team has fixed the issues once and for all. We appreciate that TRock continued to respond to calls and requests and honored the warranty offered with a new roof. Had a our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing. Our man Alan Gull was absolutely incredible. He was very kind and patient; walked us through the whole insurance and payment thing so there was zero gray area. He totally went to bat for us, and showed the insurance company adjuster (?) guy where he was completely off base and got us our new roof. Workers came and did the install in less than a day. My home inspector had noted in their report minor defects (missing kickout flashing).
