We took our neighbor's recommendation and contacted AM Roofing for the 2nd of the 3 bids we were seeking. Beginning with AM's punctual response to our appointment, we were also impressed with their representative's attentiveness to an inherent structural flaw on the roof and of its commitment to alter this area for improved drainage. We were very pleased with AM's reasonable bid. Our new roof, new vents and pipes, and all new gutters and drain spouts were covered by the direct payment we received from the insurance company (i.e..,we were not at all affected by our 1% deductible amount). The representative also assured us that AM Roofing is very experienced in dealing with the insurance companies to get additional compensation should there arise any unforeseen problems during the actual work process. In that initial inspection, where wear and tear showed its natural effects on the siding of our roof, the agent proposed leaving an a generous amount from our insurance allotment to cover the repair of those areas. True to the experience of my neighbor who used Am Roofing, the process went very smoothly. Throughout the process, the representative kept very close in touch by text to keep us informed of their progress and schedule The crew worked diligent, even up until 10 pm the 2nd day to leave it safe until the final inspection. A foreman was on hand for the day to day work, and the representative stopped by to inspect each day's work. When the work was completed, he did a thorough inspection with us alongside him. Due to a near 3 hour weather delay, AM was able to receive a fair compensation from the insurance company for their lost work time. Very disappointed with the level of customer service received. I requested an estimate detailing what I was needed, approximate linear footage, downspouts, and leaf guards Initial appointment was on 7/2, I received a message mid day that I was scheduled for that afternoon, then a couple of hours later they cancel because of weather and another install. I took off Thursday for this reason and was available through Sunday, but they wanted to reschedule for Monday which wasn't an option for me. Whomever I was communicating via text (since they never introduced themselves by name), was asking for property measurements which were provided in my initial estimate request and failed to include leaf guards so that had to be added afterwards. I asked for details regarding what other finishes aside from aluminum where available and if they could match the exterior, never got an answer to this. I asked for an email that I could send the structural plans over with the measurements to assist in getting an accurate quote, no response until Sunday late afternoon. They claimed they wanted to earn my business but poor communication, overlooking initial details provided, and lack of follow through clearly shows otherwise. read more

Superior service and excellent quality. I came back from vacation to find a leak coming into my third floor. AM roofing was immediately responsive, coming to inspect the area right away. In addition, they worked directly with my insurance company to process my claim- I had the final check from my insurance in the mail within days of job completion. Ben and team are extremely professional. He communicated throughout the process, was personally on site to manage the job and even was considerate of the impact to my neighbors since we share an access driveway. Of most personal importance, he ensured my backyard was completely clean of any debris to protect my dogs. Top notch service! I had AM Roofing come out to estimate how much it would cost to clean and check if out gutters needed leveling. We have gutter guards, but our gutters had not been cleaned years and we have several large trees around our home. Jerry, an AM Roofing employee, got up on our roof and thoroughly examined everything. He blew off leaves and fuzzy debris that had accumulated on in two small areas. When he was done, Jerry informed me that my gutters were in good shape and that they really did not need to be cleaned or leveled. I was so impressed with Jerry's honesty. I would have had no idea if they gutters were dirty or level. I appreciate how he helped me by blowing the leaves off too. I found this company on a Google search when we needed part of our gutter fixed. I called and left a message, and my call was returned by the owner himself right away. He was close to my house and offered to come over that day to look at things. He was polite and professional. Within a day he sent over an estimate of the cost to do the work (we decided to have the gutters cleaned and a metal netting installed as well). The price was extremely reasonable, and we were able to set up a time for install right away. The work crew was on time, did a great job and the owner came out himself to inspect the job before payment was due. After attempting to contact multiple companies we reached out to AM Roofing. All we needed was our gutters cleaned and they gave us the pricing and showed up for the appointment. After reviewing the gutters they realized all we actually needed was a few downspouts cleared so they completed this in less than 45 minutes and charged us a lesser amount.
