The design was mis-spelled and an incorrect font was used - not what we had approved. The owner has been nothing but nasty and refuses to own up to any of his multiple mistakes. A complete waste of time and $$$$ money.

Orders took way longer than quoted, they constantly ordered the wrong products, stitching on an expensive carhartt jacket was off, screwed up an entire batch of shirts and argues with the customer about his mistakes. This last order I asked specifically to get sweatshirts the same as the last order, and I included his previous quote. After weeks of emails I finally paid someone to go to his shop with a sweatshirt and jacket from the previous batch he did and go through every item. After going through everything we paid the bill and it took a month and 10 days to finally get the products but they weren't as discussed or as previously completed. About two weeks before they were done Ross emailed me to say the sweatshirts wouldn't have rear print as they did previously because he didn't include it on the quote that I paid for when we went through everything. So all in all he refused to do the back print as discussed and previously completed. I called and tried to discuss the issues with Ross but he isn't willing to admit that he screwed up and refuses to correct the issues.

For my first order I needed a couple polos embroidered with a brand logo for a trade show. Costs are very reasonable. Service was good. I've since also ordered from their vast apparel catalog for subsequent orders. Depending on the time of year they can be busy and out a couple weeks with orders, so don't always expect an immediate turn around.
