I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.

I remember asking someone and they said just under the canoe, and there were half a dozen hung up on the ceiling. lol. They have a great selection of winter clothes. The clothing errs on the boomer side of things, but the coats, ski/snowboard pants, gloves, hats, etc. are really well represented. The kids section was excellent. My son was finally able to ski yesterday with my husband after being medically sidelined for a couple weeks. Anyway, they were on the ski lift after their third run when my son/husband noticed my son's skis were chunking apart all along both skis. My son had not crashed. My son is an advanced but cautious skier and with my husband the entire time. They were at Wild Mountain doing first season runs. Nothing wild about it. Anyway, when they returned I took the skis in as clearly there was a product issue. I was greeted by John in the ski department. I was, undoubtably, frustrated as my son had ski plans for today and starts school ski club Friday. John made a rude comment about me being frustrated and how "kids banging their skis together cause that kind of damage" that immediately put me on defense. My husband and son arrived at 10:45am and I had received a text about the skis falling apart by noon. I again repeated that they had only completed three runs and asked how that was possible my son damaged the skis. John continued to blame my son for the damage. Now my husband is a life long skier, I took skiing up as an adult, and if anyone should have damage to skis it should be me. My husband was floored as to cause as he has never seen skis do this. The manager was brought in and agreed to take the skis back, replace them and bind them (thank you) but that is where the only positive customer service ended. John came back to have me sign a release for mounting and kept going on needing to talk to my son about knocking his skis together (because that is what happened in his opinion) and would not let it go, again and again, even after I again stated this was noted after three runs, first season runs, at Wild. I finally asked John if the entire interaction would have been the same had my husband been standing there instead of me. John continued on. The manager stepped in and told John to give it a rest and he still didn't want to stop. I appreciate the quick turn around help from the manager but the front facing customer service was horrific. He took the skate guards off and when questioned about the pricing he became very upset and also threw the skates across the table with no guards on the metal table. Extremely disappointed because my brother is a youth hockey player and he was just trying to sell his old gear and had some questions about pricing. He also offered $13 for the Scotty Cameron and when asked about that to he also was clearly upset and became very short and rude to us. I'm not even upset about the price, just how we were treated as customers who frequent the store. The old man named Kas treated us pretty badly and it's very disappointing to see an older person thinking it's okay to just treat us however because we are teens. It's crazy because the youth kids who play sports are your customers who you're trying to sell to.

I'm new to discovering The Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Regional Park, but believe me when I say I'll be back many more time. In the winter, they offer cross-country skiing and lessons. (You can rent a full set of gear for about $30- no need to have your own to experience skiing! They also have à la carte options for cheaper if you only need poles or boots, etc.) Besides skiing, outdoor winter activities also include snow tubing, snowboarding, snowshoeing.... You name it. (I haven't been in fall or summer yet, but I also hear great things about their mountain biking and trail running options.) Inside The Trailhead, there's food and drink concessions, ample seating, lockers, bathrooms, and even rooms for rent. The last time I was there, a family was hosting a young child's birthday party in the multi-purpose room. Altogether, there is an amazing assortment of services here to come and check out. The building is a perfect space for bringing a large group together for games, chatting, eating, and sledding on the snowy hills just outside the doors. They used to serve hot food, but they no longer have that option. The food was not consistent or anything all that special, but it was a nice option. This time we brought Thanksgiving leftovers and some breakfast bagel sandwiches. The space is well maintained and clean. It is spacious and has lots of room for young kids to run around and not be a disturbance. Always look forward to coming here.

Went there for a small motor. I was comcerend that it would not be powerful enough. No one there…read morecould answer the question so they referred me to their "specialist". He advised that it would be more than enough to push my boat amd get it going really fast. Well it did not. When I tried to return it they said it was impossible because the warranty was attached to me. I protested and after a no-call back, went up the chain to a real manager. That person refunded the boat motor- no warranty mentioned this time. As with the other post, no one seems to know what they are selling. Wasted days trying to figure this out and missed my fishing trip.
