This place of business has horrible customer service. The…read morereceptionist is very rude. I ordered a cutout and I never received an email with a tracking number. So I called & The receptionist said she will send me an email just give her an hour. A few hours had gone by so I called back for an update. She tells me "just hold on"! She comes back to the phone and yells the entire number loud and super fast. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior. Dean, was more friendly then the receptionist. I will never order again from this co if I have to deal with her.
