He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service.
