Instead of listening, I went to Office Depot and proceeded to stand in line waiting for someone to help me design my logo for my new business . After 45 minutes without having anyone help me I went to Dadeland Printing. My client was right . I would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience I had was extremely disappointing. The owner's attitude was unprofessional and rude from the start, despite me remaining polite the entire time. I returned to address an issue with the book's binding and organization, but instead of helping, the owner became defensive and hostile. He even threatened to call the police simply because I pointed out the problem and asked for a solution. It was clear he did not know how to fix the issue and chose to react poorly instead. I paid $200 for a poorly made product and received terrible customer service in return. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unethical. The people there are so helpful that if they don't provide the service I need, they will recommend the right place to do it. BUT, they offer everything from help with your school papers, dissertations, your business marketing plans, etc. etc. and their prices are ALWAYS reasonable. Unbelievable service. We had to get urgent printing completed for a client conference at the Fontainebleau Hotel on a Sunday night. We just flew in from out of town and needed them delivered by 6:45AM the next morning.
