Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

The next day, David called to tell me that the programs were ready. They were beautiful! I was expecting them to be 8.5 x 5.5 but they were 8.5 x 11, which was the layout that I sent him. They turned out better than expected! Now everyone could read the print and see the beautiful pictures. Thank you so much David! You have all my printing needs from now on.
