We got both savory and sweet crepes. Both were delicious! Recommend the chicken teriyaki.

Ancestor Coffeehouse & Crêperie (Lebanon location) is one of those places that's busy for a reason…read more Every time I've gone, it's been absolutely packed, and this visit was no exception. We actually ended up grabbing one of the last tables in the place. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a local coffee shop. It's warm, cozy, and full of energy. You can tell it's a community favorite. We ordered two crêpes and a couple of their February specialty coffees, and everything was fantastic. One of the crêpes we got was the Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake, which was sweet, fresh, and perfectly balanced. It wasn't overly sugary but definitely dessert worthy. The other was a savory crêpe with called California dreamin' with provolone cheese, bacon, spring onion, apples, and arugula with a balsamic glaze and garlic aioli, which ended up being such a great combination of sweet and savory flavors. It was delicious!! Our specialty coffees for the month were also excellent. They had a fun Valentine's themed lineup, and both drinks were rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I got the Not Your Sweetheart Latte and Ryan got the Chocolate Heartbreak Cold brew. If you go, one thing you absolutely have to try are their chocolate covered peanut butter balls. They have Rice Krispies in them so they're crunchy inside, and they're ridiculously good. Yes, it's a local coffee shop, so prices are a little higher than a diner, but honestly it's no worse than Starbucks and the quality, atmosphere, and uniqueness are miles better. They also have multiple locations, but the Lebanon shop has a great vibe and is clearly loved by the community.

Just stopped in to grab drinks...very cute and clean cafe and staff was friendly and quick!…read moreDrinks were as ordered!

We loved this place so much that we came back two days in a row during our travels…read more The gluten-free and vegetarian crepes were absolutely delicious, and the custom drink Kenzie created for me was one of the highlights of our visit. Kenzie was an exceptional waitress--attentive, welcoming, and genuinely encouraging in a way that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is enchanting. Everywhere you look there's beautiful art, thoughtful details, and creative touches. The covered patio is especially lovely and makes for the perfect place to relax, slow down, and catch up with friends. You can tell this space has been lovingly and intentionally cultivated. From the food and drinks to the art-filled surroundings and warm hospitality, every corner feels special. If you're visiting the area, don't miss this place. It's the kind of spot that nourishes both body and spirit.

The restaurant is small and quaint with a very friendly staff. I ordered the salted caramel Nutella mocha along with the French toast crêpes and hash browns--everything was delicious. My husband had the Nutella crêpes with bananas and ordered two. The waitress gave him a side eye, and for good reason--they were huge! He could only finish one, so we took the second one to go. At $6 each, the crêpes were an amazing value for the size and quality. We would definitely return.
