I have gone to TT Nails for 11 years and was always happy with the service. They have recently changed ownership, and I just had the worst experience there. I had an appointment for a pink and white; however, the only nail tech who does pink and white was still with another customer at my appointment time. I asked how long it would be. She said 5-10 minutes. 35 minutes later she was ready for me. She was very slow (an hour & 10 minutes) and my nails look horrible! She ruined the white on half my nails. I won't go back. read more

Not good. I asked for almond nails (which is 3 dollars extra) and they gave me very very pointy short nails. They didn't ask what length I wanted them they just cut them super short. The last I had didn't let the bottom layer of my nails dry so you can make dents in the polish by touching it. They also told me to put my hands under the dryer and they forgot about me so I was sitting there for 20 minutes. read more

I was visiting from our of town and a relative recommended I come here. She said, "it's the best in town." However, such is not the case. Within just a day my polish began to come off because my technician failed to push back my cuticles. Additionally the base coat that was used on my nails had been stained by another color, which is clearly visible. They do free touch-ups within a week of your visit, but I'm hesitant to go back. read more

I have gone to this salon every two weeks for my acrylics & fills for about 4 months. I went last night for my regular fill. They had one person ahead of me. They only had the owner and another girl doing nails and one male on pedicures. I waited 45 minutes and another girl came in who had been there earlier, left and came back came in, he seated her first. Before the woman ahead of me even. I have no clue how long the woman ahead of me waited, she was visibly displeased. I waiting just over an hour before I out back my polish and walked out. Now, this incident was my last straw but not the first. The building has very little ventilation. It smells like oure acetone which doesn't bother me most times but they had a very pregnant woman working up till recently. It's cruel she had to breath that in. Another issue, they are horrible at designs. You show them a picture and you won't get anywhere near what you requested. I asked for chevron pattern one visit and got sloppy squiggly lines. I showed the naim tech a simified snowflake design even I could do with no skill, and got a feather. I personally dislike the owner the most. On one occasion like yesterday I came first and there were multiple people waiting. The owner rushed through my fill. He cut up the skin around my nails and caused my fingers to bleed. My acrylic was uneven and bumpy. My nails were cut down and filed uneven. On to their tools, NEVER have I seen them use a new emery board like (professional) nail techs are supposed to as it can cause infections. They never use new buffer pads. They reuse their tools over and over. Who know who has what and when people like the owner cause people to bleed. And if you have not heard, one of their other chain locations is being sued for a pedicure that caused a bacterial infection so bad a man almost lost his leg. By far the worst salon I have ever been to. Rude, poorly trained staff, horrible sanitation techniques and HORRIBLE owners. Never returning. Not worth the low prices. read more

$29.99 for a mani/pedi. Included a spa rub, amazing spa chair, and hot towel. Environment clean & comfy. Not a lot of variety on summer colors. Plenty of "old lady" colors. Everything was AMAZING with the pedicure. So why only 2 stars??? The manicure was terrible. To be fair, my nails were in bad shape--there wasn't a lot of length, some were split, etc. So I asked her to even them out and clean them up a bit so they would be more presentable. When she filed them, she filed them crooked. I asked her to make them more even and she actually accused my nails of being "uneven." WTF. (This wasn't my first mani/pedi, lady.) She tried to even them out and they were STILL crooked. Like seriously bad--worse than when i came in. Like vampire nails! hahaha So I had to FILE THEM MYSELF. What part of "filing and shaping" didn't she get? Isn't that the whole purpose of a manicure---to make your nails look BETTER? I have never in my life been accused of a bad manicure because my nails "are uneven." They weren't crooked when I came in! I did the best job I could filing them, but I was a bit perturbed that I'd already paid cash with a tip. I wish I would've taken a picture of the file job she did--I'm not making this up. Even my husband, who is not manicure-savvy, could see how bad this manicure was compared to others I've had. I shouldn't have to file my own nails after paying $30 plus $5 tip for someone else to do it. So thoroughly disappointed on the most basic requirement of the job. read more

I have been coming here for over 8 years. They are always pleasant and friendly. You can walk in, however I would recommend setting an appointment if you are in a hurry because they do get busy. The reviews that complain that they "have to wait" and "the woman that came in after me was seated before me" have no clue if that person had an appointment or not. I make my appointments a week or more ahead of time because I ONLY see one nail tech. SO before you give a bad rating, maybe you should first think that possibly a lot of these people HAD APPOINTMENTS. A lot of the ladies that come in there have been coming in there for years, like myself so they DO make appointments. These nail techs bust butt and are hard workers and they do their best to get people done quickly but yet done to perfection. The owners are WONDERFUL and demand that each person is satisfied. If not, then they will make it right, but if you don;t tell them you have an issue, they cannot fix so. SO do not leave a bad review if you didn't say anything. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE! I came here to get my shellac done after I got engaged the previous night. the guy in the front who did them got nail polish all over my nails and instead of using a brush with remover he scraped my cuticles and my skin with his nails and made my skin around my nails look harsh and scraped up. And not to mention it hurt like hell after the third coating of polish. The filing job was atrocious! I got in the car on my way to my engagement party and called and said how bad my nails looked while almost in tears and explained to them how I couldn't come back in that same night because I had my party to go to and the next day I was leaving for Europe. I came back to the salon when I returned from my trip and even called previously to make sure they know I was coming in. I came in got my nails fixed by another woman after they tried to give me the original guy her skills were under mediocre as well but not as bad as the first guy. (Still leaving today with polish on my skin and hangnails not clipped ) She tried to get me to pay and caused a huge stink in front of the whole salon then the main lady came up to me and I had explained what had happened and she still continued to cause a stink and scolded me on their policy luckily I walked out of there without paying and only tipping but I will never go back that place does not know profession and does not have the talent to do quality work. I forgot to mention how the guy approached me so angry and I had to explain to him that he did a terrible job. They pointed to a sign in the front that says you can only get your nails re-done free of charge if you come back the same day and there's no surprises in that now that I know how terrible they are at now and people have probably complained many of times from the situation so therefore they put up a sign stating their policy. That should be a warning for everybody in itself. Why would I want to come back the same day after I had spent 45 minutes in there already just to be disappointed and have to spend another 45 minutes in there for longer to get them redone. I'm done. I've been coming here for two years and lately the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there for three hours today for pink and whites and a pedicure - with appointments. When I got there they asked what I wanted and I told them a pedi and I had an appt. I had to wait 25 mins because they didn't have anyone available. Horrible service! I will not be back and do not suggest wasting your money here. We had four reservations for pedicures, three of the four wanted manicures as well. We were seated immediately and two were tended to right away while the third waited approximately 15 minutes and the fourth waited an HOUR!! The third wasn't given the same service as the others, even when she pointed out her calloused heals and the fact the "cheese grater" wasn't used. She was quite rudely told that it WAS used and that no one complains!?! The fourth chose not to have the manicure due to the time delay. So unhappy with my visit here today. I live in NY now and when I come home if I need to get a mani/pedi this is the only place I have went for years. But today I came in at 1pm and needed a gel mani pedi. Sat by 115 and just now done with basic pedicure. Paint job looks like hell too. I've never experienced a basic pedicure needing an hour especially when the paint job being so terrible. Only day I had to do this and I didn't get to get a mani because of how slow this individual was. I also said that I would need to get soaked off when I got here and instead of soaking it while I was sitting there she insisted she needed to wait until I sat down to do my nails so a lot of time wasted and my day wasted essentially . I understand I live in a place there's a little faster now but I don't think the efficiency that I expected today was outlandish. Will not ever be back here .
