Their crew left a pile of their trash on our deck for us to clean up. They also ruined my step stool when they left it covered in paint, because apparently they couldn't bring their own step stool??? They were supposed to replace my step stool and of course that didn't happen. They have removed my pictures before so I am posting them again so others can see for themselves and make a well informed decision about if they want to give their hard earned money to this unscrupulous company. Lastly, after all the delays, lies and poor work, they kept $7500 of our money that we paid in advance for the kitchen remodel which they refused to finish. Called John and his wife and they were at my house first thing Monday morning. I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay.
