She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.

The soffit was 30 plus feet above ground so they rented a lift. He was very careful of not damaging our lawn while driving the lift around the house. On the inside, He replaced some molding and drywall after our finished basement flooded. He painted the walls and now the rooms look brand new. He worked hard and the price was well worth it.
