Now the Shell station in Mohave has an even worse men's room, as does the Shell station down 395 about 8 miles, so I'm lucky that men can pee standing up. But Subway is Subway, Jersey Mike's in Lone Pine is much better if you want a real Italian sandwich like they make on the East Coast.

This is also your last stop heading south for a while, so clean restrooms and the usual gas station mini-mart fare are found here. Across the street from a popular jerky joint with a cult-following, we duck in here on almost every trip to the Eastern Sierras. Might as well stop in, especially if you're southbound.
