I went through far faster than any of my previous times... well, it didn't get my car clean; and I don't mean little places here and there, but large swaths weren't clean. I complained to the office. They sent a guy out. He had already credited me $25 for the wash. I showed him the dirty door panels, etc on my car. I asked if I was just imagining going through the wash faster? He said no. He told me the owners had them speed up the line during pollen season bc so many of the monthly subscribers were using it. He asked the owners if he could dial it back down over summer to the normal speed and he was told no, leave it as is and if anyone complains just credit them for their wash. Update: The owner contacted me. He said they had changed out some of their equipment. Invited me to come back for a complimentary car wash. I got the wash. It was better this time. It Was glad the owner did contact me to ask about my experience and offer me a freebie.

They offer a shuttle service, and the owner who is super kind will personally take you home and pick you up while your car is being worked on. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are genuinely some of the nicest people you'll meet. I had issues with the last place I'd been going to because they always called with some other major thing that was supposedly wrong with my car to charge me extra for something every time I went in--even when I was already paying for major repairs. I know it's because I'm a female and they would try to scare me into more work being done. Choosing Pro Tire was the best decision I could have made. I will definitely be returning for future service. Thank you so much. I'm truly blown away by the kindness and generosity. You just don't experience that kind of service very often these days.

I informed the person who was going to do the work that I'd like for him to blow off my air filter and that is a requirement for me to business at any oil change place. Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I was welcomed with a Groupon for DuPont Tire & Auto, I jumped on the opportunity. It's a small "mom & pop" location, the father and son were the only ones there and working - which shows how independent it is. Don't believe for a second that it will reduce quality, the two gentleman were fantastic. I was in and out on a 9am oil change appointment at 9:35. That's pretty darn impressive with a tire rotation included. I couldn't be more thankful for the quality service and hospitality I received. I would be more than happy to recommend anyone who needs service for their car to please go to these guys. Also, I certainly appreciated the owner pulling me back to show me something on my car that I'll need to take care of soon. I felt like that meant a long way versus just writing me an estimate and trying to "add on" various extras. Thank you again!
