Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

I've already written a Google review in the past so I wasn't able to add anything there. I did want to give them a shoutout. I took my car in this morning because something appeared loose under the car. It turned out to just be a loose heat shield. They bolted it back in place and had me out in five minutes without charging me a dime! They have replaced my brakes, fixed my AC, replaced tires, and done oil changes. They are efficient and always reasonably priced and incredibly kind. I highly recommend them! read more

Terrible service. Call and set an appointment for an alignment at 8 AM, and was told that they do not do appointments when I got there. Proceeded to wait two hours just to be told that they didn't do the alignment because my rods were worn. Could have been in and out in 10 minutes instead it was two hours. read more

I've brought my car here multiple times, typically just for an oil change. About two years ago, I had a check engine light come on so I brought it to get checked. Was told there was a broken valve that was causing oil to leak into part of the engine. Paid between $600-$800 for them to make the repair, and could tell the moment I left their lot that something still wasn't right. Brought the car back multiple times, just to be told by a handful of their mechanics that the previous guy did something wrong. Each time they would claim to "fix" the mistake their previous mechanic made, and assured me the problem was resolved. It took less than a month after the last time I brought it, for the check engine light to come back on. I still drive with the light on, since then. Recently brought my car back because of a slow leak in one of my tires, and figured I could get it plugged and I would go ahead and get the oil changed. I was told their "repairs" section/worker was backed up but "should be able to fit me in." They quickly changed the oil, without mention of the tire at all, and had an employee come asking for my payment without disclosing the cost. I've now received multiple texts and emails after this recent visit, begging for a review. Feel free to look through your records for Jonah Barnett with a 2017 Kia Forte, Chad. Brake Job. Shop would not turn front rotors. Sold me new ones and a very high price. Took my old rotors to 3 shops. All told me they would be in spec after turning. Had them turned for a fraction of new ones. Put on a different car. These people work on commission. Be careful read more

I went into the Jiffy Lube #3810, on Poinsett Hwy., Greenville, S.C., to get an oil change. Upon speaking with the service writer, I discovered that at my last visit, I asked for synthetic blend, and that 's what I paid for. However, conventional oil was used. I was immensely disappointed. However, the horror was just beginning. Upon delivery of my Jeep, I noticed that the techs didn't top-off my washer fluid. As I opened my hood to check, oiled started running toward my feet. The techs didn't replace the oil plug, and all of the oil immediately drained out of my Jeep unto the ground. I was flabbergasted! A job that they do every day, on this day, failed miserably. This error could have, and still might, completely destroy my engine. Management never approached me to explain, or apologize. They left all the talking to the service writer who had nothing to do with the actual work that was done. Techs began clamoring to get my Jeep back into the service bay. If their ineptness harms my Jeep, Jiffy Lube will but me a new Jeep! Their only recompense was to not charge me for todays visit. That is hardly and insufficiently a compensation for their "less than lackluster," dangerous, and destructive performance! read more

Highly recommend! I had one of the best car experiences yesterday at this Jiffy Lube. I have never been there before, so I wasn't a returning customer, but I had already been to my dealership, and they were going to charge me $100. Instead, I took the word of someone at AutoZone, and I came in an hour before they closed with the light bulb. They promptly came up to my car, were very kind and informative, and changed the signal light for FREE with twenty minutes! Throughout throughout the entire experience, they were very courteous! One of the workers even went out of my way to hold my car door open for me upon leaving. Overall, I am very pleased and impressed! I will be returning! These people are kind and hard-working. Dear Owners, Hold onto Lindsey! She goes above and beyond with her customer service. My husband dealt with Tyler prior and came back home telling me what a good guy he was. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also really great. I appreciated Christian taking the time to explain the issues with my car and Lindsey printed out some info regarding my specific car's issue. Maybe since I'm not yet accustomed to the Southern hospitality, these things might be standard, but I really appreciated the warm welcome when I brought my car in. Loyal customer to this location for years - not anymore after my most recent visit. I have a nail in my tire and when I went to this location yesterday they told me they were too busy and I should drive to the Taylor's location to get it fixed or come back at 8am the next day. Arrived at 8am and was told it would be an hour before they could get to me because they are short staffed. Before waiting an hour I asked if my tire could even be fixed (if i need a new tire I will have to go back to where i just bought them as they are brand new tires but the location isn't close to my house). The young gentleman went to ask another man in the bay and that man just shook his head in disgust and raised his arms like he was too busy and didn't care to provide any information or to come take a quick look. Came in for an oil change, staff was extremely cheerful and polite. The waiting area had fresh coffee and was extremely clean. They changed my oil and walked me through my vehicle inspection, I had some things that needed replaced, but wasn't pressured by staff to do it today. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back again. read more

We drove in at about 1:00 pm for an oil change and was taken right in. If you come before 10:00 am there is a $10 discount. We were brought to the waiting area and took advantage of the free coffee. The waiting area is clean with a charging bar (for devices), seating area, TV viewing area, water fountain, kids area, and clean restrooms. After checking my car we were informed of additional service needed. We opted out of their recommended services. We were out in about 30 minutes. She walked me inside pointed out the the restrooms and coffee. She also had some valuable advice on the upkeep of my vehicle. She explained things in great detail. HORRENDOUS experience and even worse customer service from the general manager Brent. I paid $135 for an oil change and tire rotation (the most I have ever paid) only to find out on my road trip two days later that they had neglected to fill my washer fluid. I had to stop and pay for and inconvenience myself for a product which is standard procedure in an oil change. I called the location to try to rectify the situation (yet another inconvenience) and was met with the most unprofessional response from the general manager, Brent. Even after reviewing the tapes and acknowledging their mistake that they had overlooked refilling my washer fluid he did nothing to remedy my experience. I really wish there was less than one star. Went in with a nail in my tire, 2 hours from home traveling with my daughter. They charged me $30 to fix the tire, remove nail/patch. EXCEPT... they just put air in it and sent my child and I on our way. Woke up today with a completely flat tire. Took it to a local shop, the nail was never removed, nothing had been patched at Jiffy Lube. The tire is now actually fixed. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for both service and expertise. I was driving home after work one night. It was dark and I thought my tire sounded funny. So I pulled into the Jiffy Lube to check it out. I knew that they would be closed as it was after 6 o'clock. As I got out to look at the back tire, several employees came out to assist-even though it was after work hours. One young man, Christopher Bradbury looked at the tire, said it was flat and promptly offered to change it for me. He carefully took everything out of my trunk, pulled out the spare, changed the flat tire and replaced everything back to where it was. I couldn't believe he would take the time and be so considerate of my circumstance. Thanks to him,I got home that night safe and sound. When my husband heard what had happened he knew we had to return to that specific Jiffy Lube to buy four new tires. We drove 30 minutes from our home just to purchase the tires from these wonderful people. And sure enough, when we drove up Christopher was at work and dashed outside to greet us and make sure everything went all right the night before. It's seldom that I write a review like this.
