The store itself offers a couple of self-checkout lines, attendant lines (2), made-to-order kiosk (3), self serve coffee and drink stations, lottery machines, mobile pick-up, a small section of convenience items, pre-made food and pastries, as well as tobacco and alcohol. Compared to other locations, I felt this store was very small and offered a lot less than other Wawa's I have shopped at (it could be that we are located in a smaller area). My one complaint is the pre-made heated food was burnt, my husband could not finish eating his sausage croissant, we are understanding- it's first day and your still trying to adjust QC and the like. There is parking directly in front of the store and as well as on the left of the store (if facing it). There are several gas pumps for those needing fuel. Overall, it was a nice Wawa, I just wish the store itself was a little bigger and they had a wider selection of items. I'm still very happy that Wawa has come to down, I only wish I would have gotten there a little early to get some swag (the shirt). The goose was very friendly and engaging:)

We recently brought in a car to be cleaned after a minor coffee spill that left a few brown spots…read moreon the ceiling. The car was quite clean to begin with and after paying $215 we were disgusted to see that not only had the coffee spots not been cleaned, it seems that they did little to actually clean the seats and cloth on the inside of the car. I believe we payed way to much for a service to not been completed.

However, I was called at 3pm and told the seats were still wet and to come in the next day when they open at 8am; ok no problem. Got there at 8am and was told that the owners car was blocking mine and he wouldn't be in to move his car for 30 minutes; so my pregnant wife and I were told to wait for that. Owner finally came in at 845 to move his car. I was not satisfied as a paying customer with how the owner spoke with us. Good business, not run well.

After 6000 miles, which started in CA, I took it to change the oil in Asheville, NC and was told that they wouldn't do the job since I needed a new valve cover gasket. I knew I had a small leak but figured I might as well get it done. Shortly thereafter, I found myself in Lexington for a week and decided to get the gaskets changed. Being new to the area, I went to Yelp, and after two or three calls, I spoke with Chad of Lee's Auto and explained what I wanted. He asked all the right questions, which I expected he should have given I had watched about 7 videos on changing the gasket on a V6 and came up with a good estimate, which gave me an appt for the next Monday. Nevertheless, I was apprehensive when I took it in, and he had it done before lunch and stuck to the estimate. While driving it back after the change, I smelled the usual oil fumes and hoped they would go away the next day when I was to leave for PA. It did, and we are back on the road. This is to say that Chad did a bang-up job, with very little social interaction and just straight-up professionalism. Thank you, Chad, for helping us continue our journey.

Believe it or not it is actually a very good place to eat, especially breakfast. They have real southern biscuits, sausage gravy, grits, eggs (of course), etc. and even fried bologna on a buffet. Lunch buffet has some really good fried chicken. If you don't want buffet, there is a menu where you can order burgers, sandwiches, and get hefty portions of homestyle pot roast and meatloaf. You can also order breakfast items. Servers are friendly and treat you like a regular. It is not a fancy place, but it is clean and they keep the food rotated fairly well on the buffet. .

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and asked them when they could do an oil change on my Jeep. The gentleman told me that they could do it Wednesday at 7:30 am or 1:00 pm. I told him I would take the early appointment. He asked if I wanted a tire rotation as well. I said sure a tire rotation and a synthetic oil change at 7:30 am. I told him I would drop it off Tuesday evening and leave overnight since it was an early appointment. On Wednesday afternoon around 1:00 pm to pick up our jeep, much to our dismay the tire rotation was done but they hadn't done the oil change yet. The gentleman told we it would be about 45 minutes, I told him I would come back I didn't feel like waiting in a tire shop. We went on home and after about an hour and half I called to see if the job was complete. After several minutes on hold I was told yes it's ready. I go down to pick up and notice it's cheaper than expected when I'm paying. They tell me the keys are in it and have a nice day. I went out and looked at the receipt and realized that they used standard oil. (Really?) I mean a professional shop should ask and at least make a note when specifically requesting synthetic oil. So not only was it not ready on time but they goofed it up as well! We ended up getting a refund and the only thing the counter person had to say was "there's that" as he handed me the receipt for my refund. Definitely not the shop for us. We will keep looking and I suggest you do too.

Our car was towed to Idiehl and they had our car one solid month. In that time they claimed they…read morelooked at the car and could not figure out what was wrong and claimed they had a specialist coming to look at the car. Not one time in four weeks did this place contact us, we had to contact them on every occasion to get updates. They "claimed" the specialist didn't have very much time to look at the car, again NEVER contacting us we had to reach out to them. After four weeks with NOTHING no answers, no car fixed NOTHING we had our car towed to a different location. United had looked at the car and found the issues within 72 hours. Thankfully United is actually here to help. I would never recommend Idiehl.

From my personal experience, I advise you to avoid Timber Ridge Auto repair. They turned a great…read morecar into a dead car. It has been an awful experience. We took a Volvo in after the AC compressor they had installed last fall seized and broke the serpentine belt. We said we wanted an estimate to fix what needed fixing. For $2400 they replaced the AC and belt. Upon leaving the shop the car's AC worked when moving but blew hot air at idle. We took it back. They charged another diagnostic fee and said it needed a fan....for another charge of just under $1000. Immediately after the second pick up the car started throwing codes and blowing hot air; again. Third trip back. They admitted they installed a faulty compressor. After repairs for which they refused to give a statement of what they did to the car, the car died that night and had to be towed away. After putting over $3400 into repairs the car was never driven again. I know Lexington is limited in repair shops but please find anyone else for your auto needs. I had no idea one shop could cause such chaos ultimately leading to junking the car.

The nearest tire was 16 miles away and it was H&J Tire in Lexington,VA. I was very pleased with the young gentlemen that assisted me. He was exceptional in customer service and tire expertise. He explained succinctly why he was doing what he was doing and I felt assured he knew what he was sharing. I made it to my next destination without any further issues. The wheel patch held up. Young man, it's only day one, and I have lifted you up to God 3x already. In life, every spiritual encounter is orchestrated by God.
