We had it towed to Colby Dodge because we believed no matter what the issue the dealership would be able to fix it and get us back on the road. We own a service industry business ourselves, so we understand the importance of scheduling and customer service. The next morning, 9/26, Colby Dodge said they could look at our truck on 10/11. Our fix would have been 2 hours max and they had the parts, because they told us they did. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable. They knew we were from out of town and had no where to stay, their garage was not full, and know instead of a "great job, friendly service, and went out if their way to help us" review they get a true review of their lack of customer service. Good luck if you take your vehicle to them or try to have a purchase serviced.

Had A class C RV with left rear tire stem issues. I'd traveled from Florida visiting 3 separate shops! They all charged me and missed the issue! Not here. They Immediately Identified the problem. Willie, the store manager Was knowledgeable and fantastic in his supervisory position. He oversaw a shop of many personnel in a responsible, professional manner. Not to mention his courteous Engagement of customers. He directed Emmanuel (Teeter) & Tim to assist in repairing the tire. Tim and teeter were AWESOME. A superb job. Kansasland used to be our go to place, been going for years unfortunately after this last episode…read morethey've lost our business. Sold us a battery that they got from auto parts store uptown, the initial cost of battery was 274.00 kansasland charged us 500.00 plus 127.00 for parts and labor adding up 627.00 roughly. We questioned them about it, they said it was a special kind of battery at first which it wasn't, then they said it was a glitch in computer and they have no way of controlling computer when it does that. We asked for a refund, they ended up giving us 224.00 back. This is considered price gouging, people on S.S can't afford prices such as these.
