She was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and above all she didn't try and sell me something I don't need. She told me stuff about my teeth that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. In fact, THAT doctor tried to sell me a night guard EVERY 6 months... super frustrating since I don't grind my teeth, have pain etc. But I digress, the office is nicely done and everything is high tech, her assistant and the front desk staff are all lovely. I currently live in Old South and past by this dental office so many times, I decided to become a patient. Yesterday was my second check up (third visit, silly cavity!) and they do good work. My hygienist used both a regular and ultrasonic tooth scaler. The latter causes less internal face scraping noise which is a welcome change. It's hard to be "woohoo! dentist!" but I'm happy with the work I've had so far. Kudos to Reception!Jen as she is an awesome friendly person with a great name.
