He took extra time with my daughter, to make sure she felt no pain without a general anesthetic, while getting her wisdom teeth out. My younger daughter has had braces and after 3 years he emailed their office to say that there were teeth that still weren't straight. Tracy, the receptionist made sure that information went directly to their office, twice. Without them, we would have had the braces removed before they should have been.
