Not a single thing went right during the ceremony after 2 years of planning. The team was not prepared and I ended up having to direct our guests and fix things. Spent cocktail hour crying instead of taking photos with my husband. When we exchanged feedback, Instead of taking accountability, I was blamed for not filling out a single form despite being "the most organized bride to work with". Heather may have the experience but her team fell short. I don't look back on my wedding day with fond memories. It keeps me up at night!

I…read moremainly dealt with Rob leading up to my wedding and he was absolutely amazing in all aspects; he walked me through every process, offered suggestions, answered all and every question I had, and was truly so nice and such a pleasure to work with. The day of my wedding went exactly how expected; Rob did everything I asked of perfectly and dealt with some last minute changes and suggestions smoothly and with such patience. There was actually a specific song I wanted to hear in memory of mom and I had missed it due to being away from the dance floor and Rob SO nicely played it again for me. I can go on and on about how great it was working with him and Elite and how wonderful he made the process and day for me! Rob not only was a wonderful DJ but just an overall wonderful, genuine guy who truly cared about my wedding and that meant so much to me! I had multiple people tell me how great my DJ was! Not only was he professional from start to finish, but he was helpful, listened to what I was trying to accomplish and stayed on point all night! It's so refreshing to find a DJ who is truly in the business to make his customers happy and play to the crowd instead of his own ego. They kept adding prices and new things to it when enough was enough and I reached out to Matt with Hospitality Butler. Immediately Matt took the time to call me while he was in an airport after a conference to just help me out. Miraculously, my wedding date was free at the venue he works with and I was thankful to get it. Matt has been so calming. Understanding. And handled every bump and hurdle with grace. On the day of, Erica and Tory helped us out and when I say they were superheroes? I so mean it. They must have some kind of super power. Erica took everything head on and was able to get stuff done, looking beautiful, and handle any and every last minute situation like it was nothing (when I'm sure secretly it was stressful as all get out.) Tory was the sweetest person ever. She was so willing to just be there, do anything asked, no complains or issues ever. Among the beauty of the Bride and Groom, the food, and DJ, Ballantyne Booth was a hit! I am familiar with photo booth experiences- but not like the one offered by Ballantyne Booth. Great customer service and interactive staff. The ladies were very friendly. The coolest part was that the booth was touchscreen and the "booth" was similar to a full length mirror that is found in a house. We took 3 poses. They had so many fun props to choose from! I would definitely recommend this company and hope to use them for a future event. I don't know the prices but I would say whatever the cost- it would be worth it.
