It is obvious that she is passionate about her craft and wants her clients to be fully satisfied with their photo sessions. I first met her at a pet festival and she was offering a discounted photo shoot as promotion. So I signed up and took my pups to her studio at a later date. The studio is located walking distance from Atherton Mills/Market in a stand-alone building. There is a very small lot for her building, but also street parking as it is located at the end of a residential street proximal to many other shops. I immediately loved the welcoming atmosphere of her studio. The first area is the check in/out area so there are a couple of seats and desk. There is also another lobby where we were directed after checking in which had refreshments. The actual studio area is pretty large and consists of multiple rooms. She has such a great variety of sets and props to choose from. My pups ended up doing about 5 sets and although they quickly lost their patience, Rhiannon and her team never did. They calmly worked with my restless pups until I was satisfied with the pics. When I arrived I only expected to do one set, the one that was discussed at the pet event, but she had us do about 3 sets. After we finished the sets and I was directed to a different room to pick out packages. This room and the person that assisted were also very nice. They offer so many great opts for displaying the photos as well as a variety of package combinations. I did not have quite the number of sets I wanted so that I wouldn't duplicate photos (the package I wanted was 5 digital prints and I only had 3 sets). So Rhiannon was kind enough to allow me to do 2 additional shoots so that I could have more to choose from. The whole process from scheduling (online) to the actual photo shoot to picking up my merchandise was very smooth. I ordered a photo magnet and Rhiannon was very flexible in setting up a time frame for me to pick up. She even gave my pups an adorable treat at the end of the shoot. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her as a photographer.

If you are thinking of using this company for wedding tents....don't. We rented a $2,000 tent for…read morean outdoor wedding where the weather forecast called for constant rain. First, the tent had holes all throughout and so we had to provide the duct tape to try to tape the holes. The companies response was "the rain will just roll off the sides", along with "this is just the time that people get stressed out about the event"...as if either of these statements were going to keep the guest dry. The rain, in fact, did not roll off the sides and the tent leaked raindrops onto the guest and decor all night. Also, the tent was put up in such a way that there were areas lose enough to collect water. So, throughout the day the water had to be constantly dumped from the roof as not to collapse the tent. With the sides, Not all sides of the tent had holes to stake into the ground. Lastly, it was put up and left with a ton of mildew that my mom was trying to clean herself. After contacting the company, they did send someone out to clean the tent. However, he was rude and acted extremely irritated that he had to come out and do this.

The flowers themselves were beautiful, but they were arranged so poorly that they were falling out of the vase by the time they reached my wife. The accent flowers and greenery were falling out and after only a couple of hours the arrangement was a mess. My wife and I both called the florists and were given some story about how the flowers were delivered in perfect condition but the Security guard may have tampered with the flowers. The funny thing about a security desk is that they have cameras. There was no evidence of tampering. They were just poorly put together. The owner did not make any effort to replace the arrangement or refund my money. I try to buy from local businesses for quality, and obviously was willing to pay a little extra for that quality. But that is not what I got this time. Overall Product- Poor Customer service - Poor Pricing - Poor Save yourself the headache and find another business or vendor to send your loved ones flowers.
