However finally get to go in today and immediately when I walk in the clerk starts yelling at me because I parked next to his beautiful red convertible that is decked out in American flags. Ask me if I hit his car asked me why I parked there considering he parks there so no one parks near him. Parking lots not that big. All I wanted to do was get an American flag for our campsite that's it. Would never go back there again or perhaps he should not work there.

And my spouse was like, "Ask That's Entertainment." So, I did. That's Entertainment were professional and told me it was the truth--even if it's ugly for me, they know they lose nothing to be honest. And, they were respectful, and didn't even ask me what I'm selling to steal business for a dime. (I might have told them anyways!) They helped a local business make my sale. I proceeded to pick up a lot of psyduck cards as he is my favorite Pokemon. I also grabbed a lot of cubone because I wanted to make a full page of him in my binder. I asked the store owner how much is each vintage card and he said I don't know. How about 25 cents each. I grabbed the rest of the cards I wanted it was 30 cards in total he then looked up every single card at the register and told me 20 dollars for the whole lot I was expecting 7 or 8 dollars. Overall a terrible and sketchy business strategy to tell someone a price only to change it at the register. I proceded to look up the card online myself and most of them are going for less than 25 cents each. I would not recommend going to this store at all.

Over the past five weeks, I struggled to rectify the order I placed. The manager, Brian, was more that attentive. Brian exercised every avenue and option to make the order right. Turned out it was a technology glitch that Brian could not fix. However, his willingness to work with me was above and beyond customer service. Brian called, texted, emailed all updates and progress. In the end, I ended up with a beautiful custom print 12" X 12"....just not the size I wanted, 16" X 20." Initially, I went into the store to pick up the online order I placed only to discover it wasn't what I ordered. Michael's associates Nina and Myrna spent over an hour trying to remedy the situation. No luck. Finally, I ended up working with Shawn and Brian. I was refunded the complete purchase price of both prints. The photos are absolutely beautiful. It is without hesitation that I recommend the management and staff at Michael's, Northborough Crossing. To this day, when I enter the store, Nina goes out of her way to say, "Hello" and inquire about the final outcome of my dilemma. I have always used Michael's for all of my stationary, crafting and custom framing needs. I encourage anyone to find better customer service than my recent experience with the attentive staff of Brian, Nina, Myrna and Shawn!

He clearly has a passion for what he does. The store itself is awesome - bins of Legos to play with, a section to put together your own mini figure, tons of Lego set options, and a lot of prebuilt Lego sets my sons ohh and ahh over. We love supporting this incredible local business and highly recommend you check it out! Now I just have to deal with my sons asking every single day to go but it is helping to get them to get their chores done :)
