Some of the most helpful and honest people in the coin and bullion space. Watched them sit down with several customers who wanted to invest heavily into precious metals and they received a consultation that was so thorough and helpful and allowed them to make good wise decisions on their investment. They have people there that cover the entire gambit of coins, bullion, and all things collectible. We currently live in a time where you do not get that kind of customer service and everybody is in it for the dollar but with these guys I was genuinely shocked to see how much time and effort they spent to give any and all information to the buyers so they could make the best decision for them financially and situationally. I asked the store owner how much is each vintage card and he said I don't know. How about 25 cents each. I grabbed the rest of the cards I wanted it was 30 cards in total he then looked up every single card at the register and told me 20 dollars for the whole lot I was expecting 7 or 8 dollars. Overall a terrible and sketchy business strategy to tell someone a price only to change it at the register. Communication between myself and Olympic is great, I really couldn't ask for anything better. A simple email or short phone call and things are all set. Before they ship anything off, they send me a proof of what it will look like (so there are no mishaps) which is great. I currently deal with over 300 students at a time, and anyone who works with that many people (or college students ages 18-22) understand how there's always one or two who will lose something, got accident skipped in the order, or who will break a nametag. Whenever this happens, I embarrassingly email Olympic and they appear more than happy to make one nametag and send it out. The thing I am most pleased with is how quickly things get shipped out. For example, I send it in an order for nametags on Friday, April 20th and I just received them on Monday, April 23rd. How amazing is that!
