Even without a reservation, the host welcomed us graciously, arranged a table f following night, and set a standard of professionalism that carried through the e weekend. The staff, from management to our server, delivered polished, attentiv that elevated every moment. The menu continues to shine. The coastal prawn ceviche was bright and refreshir exploding olives playful and delicious, and the octopus-tender, flavorful, and pe executed-was the best we tasted in Lisbon. The tiger prawn curry offered rich, b flavors, while the mushroom risotto emerged as the unexpected star of the evenir performances on Saturday added a vibrant layer to the already sophisticated atmosphere. By the end of the night, we were sharing dishes with the table beside us and laugh over drinks-exactly the kind of experience that makes a restaurant unforgettable. We ordered their recommended salmon & dragon fruit ceviche, the anticuchos (like skewers) of black pork belly and roasted octopus, and lobster & shrimp causitas (4 pieces) which were kind of like a single bite nigiri but over a potato biscuit. All the dishes were delicious and drool worthy. Seafood was very fresh and tasty. Not the cheapest meal in Portugal, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back. Staff was super friendly and kindly explained the different parts of the menu so we could better decide what to order. There are some stairs when walking into the restaurant so I'm not quite sure if it's accessible to all individuals. The staff is absolutely amazing (Patrizia and Spencer, you guys are THE BEST). The lamb was very delicious... but the mashed chestnut side dish took the cake. Also, you have to try the flaming chourico a bombeiro (flaming Portuguese sausage) and the mead (fermented honey drink ***alcohol). We came early and noticed that it started picking up around 7pm, so try your best to come before then since some seats are already reserved.

Though I must say it does not match the vibe portrayed by the website. It is very bright inside and feels very 1980s-1990s. They took away part of it and left the rest. We just decided what the hell and ate some of it. The cured meat (I forget what kind) left a strange film under my tongue I've never experienced eating similar meat so I didn't eat much of it. The cod was very bony. Parts of it were cooked beautifully and parts were very overcooked and chewy. The potatoes were too salty but well cooked. The greens had grit in them and crunched uncomfortably in my teeth. The steak was lovely but the accompanying rice was hard and bland. It was the only place I've eaten in Portugal (and I've tried a pretty large variety of types) where the sever held the credit card machine in front of me asking if I wanted to enter a tip as I was in the process of looking at the bill and paying. I would have tipped anyway but it was definitely off-putting. Maybe the hype is just residue from a bygone era? I was told I had to try it so I did but I wouldn't go back and probably wouldn't recommend it.

I took photos of everything including the signature cocktail and made my social media friends look at them. This place rocks! (Literally. They have a rocking playlist and live music at night.) No matter your appetite, this place has snacks and full entrees that span a range of palate-pleasers. You cannot go wrong here ordering something out of the ordinary or sticking with what's familiar. The staff are always in motion serving patrons and checking on tables. They seem very happy working together as a team. Their smiles were not just for guests but for each other. We tried a bit of everything: croquetas, cheese plate, potato skins, and bruschetta. I wasn't a huge fan of the bruschetta only because it didn't have any sauce. It was just tomatoes and meat on a little toast. Everything else was great though! Come here for a snack and a drink at sunset!
