I basically told her in the short version that my Grandmother was turning 95 and I was visiting from out of town and needed someone to make us a last minute Piña Colada Cake. She was very professional super detailed and had amazing communication with me during the whole process. The cake was not only beautiful but moist and delicious! Tabitha made our 1 tier wedding cake and 180 cupcakes. I wanted to get a very custom design for the one tier as well as the cupcakes. She was very enthusiastic about my vision and I definitely think she delivered. We did the tasting before the wedding. This really helped us adjust our tastes for the cupcakes and wedding cake. I didn't get to see my cake until we did the cake cutting but it turned out great! I even turned the cake around to show off the gradient purple layers of cake. It was delicious too! The cupcakes turned out great, we got a lot of great comments on how delicious they were and how the frosting was on point! Tabitha did gradient purple colors of the frosting as well! She really embraced what I was hoping for! I don't know if I could have gotten exactly what I was envisioning from anyone else! Tabi made me a beautiful pink sparkly Roses cake for my daughter's smash cake photo shoot. I loved it when I picked it up and I loved it even more while doing the photo shoot bc it was exactly how I imagined it. I only left one star out bc the icing was too frozen so it was super hard for my daughter to actually smash into the cake. I even left it out for a bit but it didn't help. Customer service wise. GREAT! She was as excited as I was about this beautiful cake and I loved that. She works from her home(which she states) but that didn't stop her from making such a beautiful cake. Very sweet woman. Tabitha made a beautiful Hawaiian inspired 50th birthday cake! First, the design was amazing. The details she included were absolutely spectacular. Everyone was in awe over the fun and beauty of the cake. Second, the cake was absolutely delicious! We had her Hawaiian Guava as one layer and pineapple upside down as the second. Both were super moist and full of flavor. Tabitha was one the only baker I contacted willing to make take on making a pineapple upside down cake (the birthday girl's favorite kind of cake). Her willingness to create what we requested was wonderful and helped make the cake that much more special for my Mother-in-law. Her icing was like none any of us have ever tried before. If I could describe her frosting, I would say it is like a cloud of icing (not too heavy, not too light, not too sweet, just right).
