This led to tensions in the class itself as I was the only one without an assigned spot and unintentionally took the spot of someone else. I notified them of this mistake and their response was lackluster. They did not offer any sort of apology for that miscommunication and even remained defensive in nature. The combination of the environment of this place with this experience made me feel unwelcome. The classes themselves were OK. I would not come here again and would not recommend it.

It's our 2nd year in Aspen around the same time- January, and we decided to sign up for their 10 pack which graciously allows you to share it with your crew. This worked so good for us since we are not here often, and never know who and how many will be up for a class. I attended 3 classes this week during my short trip and had 3 different instructors. We enjoyed them all. The space itself is very inviting, clean and accessible to any area you decided to stay in. We had super nice welcoming staff. The mat and towel was included. Glad we found our studio.

So, the club is fairly nice, and the massage area is all you'd expect (warm, quiet, well stocked), and the locker rooms are very passable. BUT, I expect more than just "good" from a place like this. If you're going to charge $140 for a 50 minute massage, bring the "great". Get me a steam shower or a cucumber in my water, something.
